Subway

Worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. I’m not a person who likes writing negative comments, but boy this place is horrible. Doesn’t take much to serve a customer at Subway, just smile and do you thing. But nope, with my order I get side of their attitude. Every time I’ve been there, I feel like they are doing me a favor.
From vegetables, meat and even bread, nothing is fresh, Eat fresh?! I don’t think so. Better to walk two blocks up to another subway and get a better deal.
Bottom line is, if you are reading this before you head there. …DO NOT GO THERE, plenty of better choices near by.

TLDR: B rating Subway — Usually half eaten footlong. Promotions and prices are sometimes falsely advertised (have to ask), and take forever like it’s their first time making food.
Subways is the place to go if you want cheap, fresh, and filling food. However, this restaurant particularly does several things poorly.
They always take their sweet time putting on the toppings. Don’t get me wrong, I like it to be assembled correctly. Lettuce Leaf by leaf. Tomato by tomato. It feels as if it’s their first time putting together a sandwich. If you’re thinking they go slow, go even slower. That’s how slow they serve the sandwich.
The quality of the meat, topping, and bread is usually medicore at best. I typically don’t care because that’s what I expect and I come here for a quick bite. But when the bread taste like sand, then only half of my footlong is going to be finished.
Lastly, they falsely advertised theApril $ 6 footlong deal. This only applied to a handful of sandwiches. There were two people in front of me that did not expect what they paid for as well. I don’t get it. You’re a week into the deal and you still haven’t made it clearly to your customers what are the correct prices.

The bread tastes like soapy cardboard, the toppings completely generic. If you are hungry, well.

I am already a fan of this brand and a proud cardholder (for points of course). I was en route to LaGuardia Airport via the scenic route (bus) and was starved. I walked into this relatively small location and ordered a sandwich. The sandwich artists were very cordial and friendly, even smiled which is not a common sight at the other locations that I have visited. Great customer service!
