Small Taco Bell located in the basement of the Queens Center Mall. Food quality was typical Taco Bell. The only real issue is the background noise from the food court makes it hard for the workers there to hear you when you place your order.

Some of the workers are very rude. I understand you’re having a long day and stuff, but it is never good to show your anger feeling towards the customers or anyone else. The food was decent because I have to eat the food with anger in silent. UGH. Never coming back.

I really do like Taco Bell every now and then but yeah the lines here are unbelieveable, there are many other food options in the mall but the line here is the longest. Is it because it is best food, NOPE!!!, Cheapest, not really either. MAYBE people are just stupid. I did try the XXL Chalupa Beef, the new one from the commercial Monday night here and it was damn good. Full of alot of crap that is no good for your body but it tasted good. I think people should go with alot more healthy options than TACOBELL when at this mall. I am surprised the Nathan’s CLOSED right next to it. It seemed very popular.

Have you guys ever noticed fast food franchises taste significantly worse when it’s located at the food court of a mall/airport? Well this is no exception… FYI: This is a Taco Bell Express and not a restaurant! This Taco Bell is the epitome of all things i hate about fast food. Why do I hate fast food you ask? Well I rarely eat it because it grosses me out to eat food prepared without love/skill. You have a bunch of miserable teenage workers hastily slapping ingredients together for us to satisfy a crave that’s been perpetuated by commercials of food we don’t really get at the establishment… LAME!!! I suggest you skip Taco Bell and go eat KFC or Nathan’s.

Mexican food already gets such a bad rap in New York for its bland taste and lack of quality, just imagine how bad the fast-food-court version is. What amazes me is Queens may just be the most diverse borough, yet in it’s mainstage mall has this place as its only Mexican option. Ironically, this Taco Bell is popular during the peak visiting times of the mall. Lines are never ending and sadly the prices seem more steep than the dedicated drive through locations, except the final product seems much worse. I had to stomach a taco combination meal here and samples some of their nachos, not necessarily because I liked it, but because I didn’t want my $ 10 to go to waste. There are plenty of options within the food court, however, this shouldn’t be one of them. I know the allure of Taco Bell is simply because there are so few in NYC, but something tells me this might be a good thing.
