Clothes come back perfect, and all the alterations we’ve ever needed have been expertly done also. It’s in a convenient location, and I’m always able to get in and out quickly. I try to avoid busy times of the day since parking can be tough in downtown Elmhurst at times.(There are a 10 minute parking spots nearby and usually one is open).

Soup Nazi of dry cleaners! If you don’t mind your shirts coming back with new marks on them then by all means go to this place. After picking up my dry cleaning one day, I got home and checked my shirts before hanging them up. All of the light colored shirts had marks on it like it came off an iron or press. I took it back thinking no big deal, I am sure he would fix it. I even told myself to be nice about it because sometimes these things happen. So I go back and showed it to him. He proceeds to tell me that no one ever complains and it must be something I did and that there is no way it happened at his shop. I was shocked that he would accuse me of this. I even showed him that all the collars had the same mark on them on the same side. I also showed one of the shirts I hadn’t even worn yet, because I had just bought it and took it out of the packaging and dropped it off at this drycleaners. He continued to say that if I pulled out a microscope then yes I would find all the problems. I told him if it was microscopic then I would not be back. He then said maybe it came off the press. So I asked if the press was here or if he sends it out. He tells me its NONEOFMYBUSINESS. He then says nobody ever comes in and complains and that I am the only person. He said he would fix it but that I not return because he doesn’t want my business anymore and that its people like me who put people like him out of business because of complaints. So in other words I am not allowed to complain if there is a problem? When I went to pick up my corrected shirts, I proceeded to check them one by one. The proprietor basically snickered at the fact that I would check the shirts. I bid him good luck and walked out. He stared me down till I drove off. What a strange way to act. In my experience usually if the customer complains the proprietor tries to make things right as a sign of good faith and in this way ask for a second chance. I was thoroughly surprised and amazed that this guy would talk to me this way. I tried to be nice and this is how I get treated? Avoid this guy and his business at all costs. Save yourself the grief! Unbelievable!
