We stayed here for almost two weeks in Room 9 and loved it. Spacious living area and convenient kitchenette. Everything was very clean, beds and furniture very comfortable, lots of lights, great shower, stove, microwave, coffee maker, fridge(with a freezer space), and TV. It felt like our own private living space. The circumstances were difficult – my husband had just been released from the hospital on oxygen and we couldn’t go home until some repair was done. I spoke with Holly, one of the owners on the phone, and she assured me that no one had smoked in our room for a month and she ran an air cleaner in the room before we arrived. You control the window air conditioner, which is in the bedroom. Two windows open in the bedroom, too. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. The motel is on a quiet street and even during Memorial Day weekend when it filled up, our room was peaceful. The owners were so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

This place is unreal ! It is a very clean room, with lots of space. Has a fridge, microwave, sink, and even a stove and oven. Water is hot and plentiful, and I have nothing bad to say about it at all. Staff is friendly. Would DEFINATELY stay here again.

A really nice old-school motel in Elmira. The office, which is a cool-looking A-frame structure, used to be an insurance office. When the insurance went out of business, they added the motel unit. Room #8 is roomy with a living/dining area and kitchen, bath, and bedroom in the back with 2 large windows. The double beds were set up end to end so that each had a window. Everything appeared clean and in good working order. The bathroom had wallpaper(why do they do this?! lol) and it was peeling in spots, that and figuring out the small frig were the only negatives really. It wasn’t luxurious, I paid $ 80 which seemed about right, considering this room could’ve held 4 – 5 people easy with the 2 beds and sleeper sofa. It was homey, friendly and welcoming — just right for my one night stop. Oh, they have a book exchange in the office if you want something new to read.
