Recently purchased carpet from this store. Put down a deposit and was told the carpet was in stock. I wanted my daughter to look at the carpet choice before the installation date. When my daughter went in to see the carpet the «salesman» stated no installation date was set, the carpet was not in stock and had not been ordered because it was not «approved» by my daughter yet. With new furniture being delivered the carpet needed to be in as scheduled. She selected a new carpet and was charged $ 75 extra.
The Monday morning of the installation they arrived on time and the workers were courteous. Upon inspection of the work the carpet was filthy. They left behind all the mess and scraps of unused carpet. It looked like an old raggedy carpet. We had to get a carpet cleaner to shampoo a perfectly new carpet. The owner was not helpful when we called to complain. We will definitely never use them again.
