If I have to go to the movies, then this is the safest bet in my general area.
I only go on weeknights, as teenagers and general crowds tend to ruin movies on opening nights and weekend nights. At this theater, Monday-​Wednesday nights are the best for less people and a better seat selection. It’s also pretty clean for the most part, which I can’t say for a lot of the theaters in my area.
As far as movie theater prices, like everywhere else, this place is pretty expensive. The whole movie-​going experience is overpriced, but that’s a different argument for a different forum. If I’m going to pay for the movies, then this is the place I prefer to be, since it is the most quiet and clean out of all the theaters near me. There is stadium seating (a must for me) and the chairs are pretty clean and about what you expect.
Like most theaters, this place has a tiny ‘arcade’ which only takes tokens (…tokens for video games in 2015…). There’s the standard selection of beverages, candy, and snacks — all of which are overpriced of course. There’s also a candy display where you can scoop up the candy you like and bag it, but since the general public has access to this, it’s something I wouldn’t recommend. I go on weeknights, so I never have a problem finding a parking spot in the lot.
If I was rating the whole movie theater experience everywhere, I’d give this one star — but since this is my ‘safe haven’ theater to go when I want to watch the actual movie in a clean environment and with as little people as possible, this place gets 4.

Shittiest place I’ve been. Popcorn was BURNT. I got kicked out because my son was crying, not nicely either. They came in told me get up and leave, didn’t even say «could you please leave since your son is crying» no then they STARED at me making sure I couldn’t go back in. People were sitting there shushing my son yet the kid behind us was screaming about every little thing… Will NOT be going back here any time soon. If they don’t want kids after a certain time to a KIDS MOVIE they should post it. RIDICULOUS

I hate going to the movies here mainly because the crowd is so obnoxious and is loud while the movie is on. Completely ruins the movie when drunk idiots do anything to get attention. The management needs to patrol the theaters and kick people out.

I was asking my buddy if he wanted to see The Winter Soldier and he said we had to see it here. We both live pretty close to Ridge Hill, so I though it was strange he wanted to go all the way to Elmsford. Apparently it’s quite quiet here. We had no problem getting our tickets 10 min before showtime and easily got good seats in the stadium seating theater. The place was clean and everything was efficient. Really couldn’t ask for much more.

We usually come here after work on Tuesdays (tickets are $ 7.50). It’s way better than the theater further north on Saw Mill (Hawthorne) as that one is really old — the seats are old & uncomfortable. This one has the stadium seating.
The only issue we had was recent, the heating in the theater wasn’t working & even though the staff said it’ll be on in 10 minutes (despite several customer complaints) it never came on so we were popsicles by the time we were done with the movie.

I’ve been going to this theatre since it opened and it is hit and miss. There is one really helpful and friendly manager but the rest if the staff is incompetent. Sometimes the movie won’t play our the sound is off our lights don’t go out in the theatre. Conditions have improved and it is not bad enough to stop going. Tuesday specials are totally worth it.

Hasn’t been updated like the new theaters but still a bang for ur buck on $ 7.50 Tuesdays, but show up early because it gets packed seems like everyone in the village comes out that day.

I like coming here on Tuesdays for the $ 7.50 tickets. You definitely want to show up early. The theaters and concession stand lines get packed. Plus, free parking. Does get packed with young people on weekend nights. Not a bad theater, but not the best either.

This is more like a 2.5 but I’m bumping it up because I honestly do love the concession stand here. No it doesn’t have all the fancy stuff but the nachos are a must have when I come here. I think they’re just so salty and the cheese is actually hot which doesn’t usually happen sadly.
The screens are outdated and so is the theater in general. I always leave here with a backache and I’m not one to complain about seats but these are actually uncomfortable. That aside, it’s usually pretty quiet here and the staff is normally nice (with the occasional annoying experience). There are newer theaters but for a quiet movie this is still one of my favorite out of the way theaters. Don’t recommend for things with awesome visual effects.

Ben Y. takes me here to see films. It’s a nice place. As he says in his review, it’s «the most standard theater experience.»
I’ve see Django, Wreck It Ralph and Prometheus at this theater, and all three experiences were great, mostly because all three movies were great. But hey, I can’t complain about the theater so that’s a good thing.
The people who work here are friendly. A good place to see a good film.

Most standard typical movie theater

This is the most standard theater experience you will ever have. Literally it could not be more standard. The chairs are so normal. The size is so normal. Everything about it is so run of the mill. I’ve been to so many better theaters with better seats and nicer screens, but this has a convenience factor.
The thing about Greenburgh Multiplex is that they constantly screw up the screens. Either they project it too low, too high, narrow, wide, or sometimes not at all. They also leave the lights on during the movies. It’s only a few of the overheads, but it is annoying. I’ve had to complain to the front desk so many times about something being screwed up on the screen that I couldn’t count’em.
Once they cut off a movie I was watching 5 minutes before it ended. It actually turned out I missed the twist.

Nice theater and best experienced when you go early. Avoid weekend nights as you will most likely see law enforcement trying to control the teenagers getting out of hand.

This theater is decent. The seats are pretty comfortable and the rooms are fairly clean. If you want to go for better quality (with the screens & seats), I recommend City Center 15 in White Plains. BUT, their movies are a little bit more expensive, and you need to pay for parking too.
As with any movie theaters, this theater gets packed with teenagers if you go on a Friday or Saturday night around 7−10pm. They will most definitely negatively affect your moviegoing experience, so if you want zero obnoxiousness and interruptions, I suggest going on a week night, matinée or at a later time.

Nice theaters, annoying people. People don’t know how to shutup at this theater and it’s ridiculous. Not to mention the post movie hang out crowds (16 year olds) that decide to congregate right in front of the door ways and yell at each other… funn

It’s also the biggest too.
Now thinking about it I do not want to review movie theaters.
There all ehhh. Nothing about them excites me.
From now on I will only review independent theaters.
Unless some theater truly blows me away.
Back to the point: If your in the area and you want to see a blockbuster go here.

This theater is ok. It has current first run movies for a reasonable price. They are not usually sold out. Personally, I like City Center theaters in White Plains instead.
