Handyman Connection

I contacted this business because of the good reviews I read on Unilocal.
I wanted chair rail molding installed and a handyman was sent over by Steve, today & he left with one side of the molding ½″ away from the doorway. I explained that it was OK, and I wouldn’t mind if he filled it in with a scrap piece, just shift it over and get it to touch the end of the wall! (figuring I could caulk & sand it to even the seams out)
… He refused to remove it! He left it as it was. I’ve attached a photos of the one side ½″ from end of the wall & the other side, which was finished correctly.
I tried reaching the manager, Steve, by phone just seconds after he spoke with his handyman & he didn’t answer. I tried multiple times & even texted him the picture of the molding…
Now I need to remove it & fill it in myself. What a hassle & a waste of time :(

We’ve now used them 3 times and each appointment has been spectacular. The service provider is always on time and does great work. The list of things they’ve done is extensive: assembled an Ikea bookcase, fixed an elliptical machine, repaired a broken door, patched holes in a closet wall, installed artwork, and much more.
We’ve been very satisfied with the work quality and pricing, so much so that we’ve recommended them to many people. In my opinion, you can’t go wrong with Handyman Connection.

Terrible customer service. Use your local guy instead who will likely provide a better bedside manner.

Steve came to my home to fix my leaky sink/​dishwasher. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and fixed all the pipes. He had all the equipment right there in his van. Price came in exactly as he quoted and job was done quickly and with a smile.
