Santiago was great. He installed my two air conditioners in less than an hour. He was also helpful with other items I needed help with.
I highly recommend him.

Santiago helped me cut and hang a door. He visited a few days prior to give me an appraisal, he showed up on time the day of the job, and he worked diligently until the job was done. The job took a little longer than originally expected, partly on account of a measurement I got wrong, but he didn’t didn’t charge me more than what we had agreed on. He brought his own tools and he knew exactly what needed to be done and exhibited solid carpentry skills on the task. He’s also a really nice guy.
I would definitely recommend his services and I will call him again next time I need help.

Santiago assembled and installed cabinets and shelving along an 8-​foot long wall for us — a very difficult project. He worked tirelessly for two days and did a fantastic job. He knew exactly what he was doing, was extremely courteous and even cleaned up after himself. I’m so relieved to find a skilled handyman that I can trust and will definitely be using him in the future and recommending him to friends and neighbors.

I found Santiago right here on Unilocal,great reviews already and had installed curtains before.
He hung 2 sets of curtains, a shelf, a heavy mirror and other smaller things. Santiago did a great job, was very professional and had a great attitude. He was very helpful and resourceful. I would definitely recommend him and call him again for any other handyman/​pluming service.

I called from Mexico when we realized my husband’s wedding suit was in my nyc apt. Santiago went over to use his locksmith skills and open my apartment door and get the suit for a friend during the evening hours. He is reliable and hard working.
