Dunkin’ Donuts

Messed up my coffee gave me skim milk instead of almond milk when I went back and told her she tried to charge me. Walked out angry and tossed my coffee in the trash. This is why I don’t get dunkin. Not only they want me to die they want me to spend more money on shitty ice coffee. No thank you.

I’m not a huge coffee fan but when I do drink it its dunkin donuts over starbucks always. But this Dunkin Donuts is hit or miss with the wait times. Mostly miss its really frickin slow sometimes.

I’m an avid fan of DD breakfast sandwiches. …I have one every sat n sun morn at midland Ave Garfield by the police station. The employees there know our order well, n r spot on. This location on 46e tho has no consistency to others. They do have white cheese… which is rare but the croissant was smaller and not flakey at all. Sausage overdone w cold cheese. Drivethru only? Hash browns soggy… well everything soggy n oddly greasy, no other local is greasy at all. Lol. No wraps? Why r they not consisant??? I was happy w the service, she understood our order requests well since she’s clearly an English speaker (1*). Overall unpleasant n writing to corporate. Eck. Won’t be back here. Either midland or outwater, even if out water has yellow cheese n sloppy service n is full of drunk douchey customers.

I am a regular of dunkin donuts. I am a big fan of their sandwiches and crisp hash browns. Soooooo tasty.
But this dunkin is totally inconsistant from the others in terms of food quality preparation and service compared to all the others I have eaten at.
This dunkin not only has bad service but the sandwiches from this branch are among the worst my friend and I have ever eaten from dunkin donuts.
First off the croissants were stale and not fully toasted as requested yet the sausage was overcooked like a hockey puck and the cheese was just thrown on and not melted.
The hash browns were even worse, they were just one big ball of greasy mush. They were so disgusting I wasnt even able to finish one.
Surprisingly they also dont offer the bacon egg and cheese wraps which they sell at most other dunkins. Very inconsistant menu options. All dunkins should have to offer the same menu items which the corporation offers.
The breakfast was among the worst I have had and to top it the meal did not agree with me. It caused major heartburn and made me sick. I had to pop a nexium.
Between the god awful breakfast sandwiches and mush grease ball of hash browns I will def not return to back dunkin again. Eat here at your own risk.
