Dunkin’ Donuts

Every time I go to this Dunkin, they make me repeat my order! I ended up getting so annoyed repeating my order to so many different people that I gave up going there.

I go here every morning on my to work and After today I’ll never go back. Went through the drive thru and my sister ordered her coffee and I ordered an Oreo coolata which I always order and it comes out with a brown color. Today it was white. I told the employees that wasn’t what I ordered and the guy tried to convince me it was an Oreo coolata. I said it never looks like this. After a few minutes of asking him to change it he finally does and hands me back a sloppy coolata that he clearly just squirted some chocolate syrup in which was all over the cup. And they didn’t put whipped cream which I specifically asked for the first time. The girl acted annoyed when I asked for whipped cream and put a tiny squirt in there. My cup looks sloppy and rushed and I did not appreciate the attitudes from the employees who seemed highly annoyed that I asked them to make what I ordered and paid for. It was an easy fix had they had good customer service skills I wouldn’t be writing this review but they were NASTY. I’ll go to the dunkin by my job instead now.

Had my coffee here today. There was only one lady working who didn’t even have the courtesy to pay attention to me. I was the only customer, finally after completing her work she asked what I want… Rude! I had a coffee and with a very bad attitude I was handed over the coffee. I had a bad experience, hope the management trains the staff to be able to attend the customers with smile and be courteous.

I’ve had multiple horrible experiences with Dunkin Donut locations before but not this one! I’m at my friends house almost every weekend and pass by this Dunkin regularly so I have stopped here multiple times. Their drive thru staff is quick and friendly in the morning getting everyone out as soon as they can and on their way to work. I’ve gone inside very few times but the times I have have been a great experience, everyone is super friendly and have a family feel which is rare. The manager Elvira is great! Super welcoming and is walking around helping her whole staff which also interacting with the customers. No complains for me! Will be returning often.

Ordered a toasted bagel with butter and the turkey, egg and cheese flatbread, and received a non toasted bagel with cream cheese and no egg in the turkey, egg and cheese flatbread! I couldn’t even go back to correct my order since I went through the drive through and was already on the road when I noticed the order was completely wrong! So be aware and check your order before you decide to take off, lesson learned!
