I came to Fratelli’s to have dinner with a couple of people. I ordered the tuna sandwich and asked for cherry peppers. The sandwich basically had no tuna, so I asked for an extra side of tuna. When I received my bill, they not only charged me $ 4 for the extra tuna but an extra $ 4 for the cherry peppers. They literally put 3 peppers on my entire sandwich. You can get much better food at their competitor Anthony’s Coal Fire Pizza. Thanks for the overpriced, low quality tuna sandwich Fratelli’s!

I will NEVER order from here again nor will I EVER recommend this place to ANYONE. This place doesn’t even deserve a SINGLE star but unfortunately I can’t post this review without selecting A star. My fiancé ordered a pizza from this place, after an hour and a half of still not receiving it he called. They were honest, at first, and said they got busy to which we said ok, they said the driver should be there in a couple minutes if he’s not we should call back. Well, needless to say…25min later still no pizza. We kept calling at talking to the rudest girl ever. After calling them 7 times and over 2 hours later with still NO pizza delivery, I myself finally called. The rude girl proceeded to hang up on me, and when I said«oh no you didn’t just hang up on me» and I called right back she says«so sorry didn’t mean to hang up on you». Well that’s a load of BS if I’ve ever heard. I asked to speak to the owner and of course the response I got was«oh well he’s not in». I asked to speak to someone above her and«apparently the manager got on the phone who said we will not charge you for the pizza, which we were ALREADYTOLD3PHONECALLSAGO.» I asked that they have the owner call me back and the manager said«ok no problem ma’am» and hung up on me without even taking my phone number! Bottom line is… this place SUCKS, they are extremely rude and don’t give a crap about their customers. As a chef myself, if this was MY place of business I would be extremely embarrassed, and if I didn’t own this place and was working for their«so-called» owner I’d have quit after an hour. No one should ever order or go to this awful place.

If the pizza wasn’t good I would never return. We just left after being told there was a twenty minute wait, but that is not the problem. After waiting 20 minutes the Hostess came out and changed her mind that it would be another 30 minutes because she forgot about a reservation. Give me a break it’s a pizzaria, resevations? It’s just an indication of how poorly the front end is run. Service is lacking

From a pizza snob, the highest Kudos I can bestow. I, who will travel to NY pay toll and hunt for parking for Totonos, have found its equivalent,.no, it’s better. In pizza! The Margarita pizza put together for me, with fresh sweet tomatoes, drizzled with olive oil(I watched him drizzle!!) is the best pizza I have had. We start there. How about the coal fired wings??? Wa??? With onions and peppers, perfection and a wonderful surprise. Service was with a smile(thanks Natalie) on this busy Friday night. They have a good size bar, plenty of TV’s. It has a cozy feel and it was hopping the entire time we were here. Nice demographic of people. A great varied menu and easily accessible with ample parking. Did I say they have great prices. Great food, good service, great deals!

Some of the best food I’ve had in a while. I haven’t eaten anything here that I didn’t love. The shrimp beeps are a great appetizer and the pizza is amazing. This is one of my goto places now for Italian food and is priced very well. It’s a smaller place so the seating could be tight but it’s worth the wait.

We went Wednesday night for dinner with friends. Place had a good crowd for a Wednesday evening. Sat at the bar. Bartender made some food recommendations for us and we went with some. Ordered a cauliflower pizza, chicken parm family style and a special chicken campagnola. We ordered a lot of food. All the food was very good. Very ample portions. Service was very good. Solid meal all around. The wood burning pizza is some of the best around. It is well done but that is exactly how we like it. Dough and crust are excellent. This has become our italian fix several times a month. Check out the specials as they have not disappointed once. Friendly place with good food. Thanks fratellis.

My family and I ordered take out for dinner from Fratelli’s. We got the family style Chicken Frances over Linguini for $ 31.99. My first thought: WHERE’S THESAUCE?!? It seemed as if there was like 3 tablespoons of sauce in the entire dish. My mom called to ask how many people this dish would feed before ordering, and they said 4. Now my family isn’t huge eaters yet the chicken still wasn’t even enough to feed 2 of us… All I can say is that thank god we had a gift card. I would have had a heart attack if we paid out of pocket for that. Fratelli’s seriously needs to step up their game if they want to compete with the other pizza places in the area. I honestly don’t plan to order from there ever again.

Came here for our first try, and immediately greeted by owner. There was a large party already seated ahead of us and owner made sure the second they were leaving we were sat. Food and service was very good. We will certainly be coming back. This is a great family type feel that you get, and we really enjoyed it!

Place is okay. Atmosphere is nice and the concept is there, however, they really need to work on the quality and presentation of their food, especially for their price. Went there twice giving it a fair shot and both times was kind of disappointed with their food. The pizza sounded good on the menu but when tasted it, it was very bland. Had the specialty pizza the first time and the chicken cutlet the second time. The specialty didn’t seem like the flavors complimented one another but it was alright and the chicken cutlet just left an interesting after taste. Don’t know if it was because the breaded chicken was maybe previously frozen, or it had too much breading but the chicken and pizza had absolutely no taste together or separate. Thankfully they had garlic powder, parmesan, salt and pepper to help a little. Also had their tomato and mozzarella appetizer and they literally seem to have cut an entire tomato in 4 and 4 pieces of fresh mozzarella. I mean, there isn’t much to this dish, but a little more presentation would have been nice. Or maybe because the places I am used to going to cut them in smaller pieces and is presented a little better with a little more thought into it.(lol) However, the bar was nice! Kind of limited on draft selections but they were okay. And the waitresses were nice as well. I believe one more wouldn’t hurt since they kind of seemed a little overwhelmed at times. Wouldn’t go out of my way to visit them again but wouldn’t cross out visiting the bar. lol

You must start off with shrimp beeps and an ice cold draft. Chicken wings appetizer with hot peppers another must. If you are lucky to sit with Danielle then service, laughs and a great meal is a guarantee so ask for her if your server is anyone else. House specials are always great so check the board. Every coal pizza is a winner. Plenty of tv’s to watch any/all sporting events. This is not your local pizzeria but the prices are. Give this place a try and do say hello to Danielle.

Cauliflower pizza and Shrimp beeps are so f’n good! You have to eat the pizza right away because it’s super thin crust.

Bartender(loosely) wouldn’t find/seemed irritated by channel change request to early round NCAA game, with no one else at the bar but my son and I. Good customer service? Left, found a welcoming place, enjoyed. Food was decent one time before, but table service was sketch…

Sad. This place has all the potential in the world and little competition in the immediate area. Started with a really nice salad of arugula, provolone and salami. Ordered the shrimp beeps which came out room temperature and were obviously re-heated from another time with the shrimp over cooked and the coating falling off. Had to ask table to be cleared numerous times. Then ordered marguerite pizza light cooked. 30 mins later we get a burnt pizza swimming with marinara sauce and quartered yellow/orange tomatoes. Needless to say, we returned it which clearly angered the pizza chef. He rebounded however and made a decent pizza in the end. The moral? Mr Owner, you need to be here. As for America, go to Brooklyns in Hackensack!

Average Italian food with a very nice atmosphere. Parking can be limited on busy days(ie Friday Saturday) but not impossible to get a spot. There is a variety of coal oven cooked pizzas to choose from. My favorite is that Meatball ricotta pie, as well as the wings. They also have a full bar with a few domestic beers and an IPA on tap, as well as various televisions around the place. I truly think this place is overpriced and that bothers me because the food is nothing special.

Nobody greeted us at the door, The pizza took FOREVER to arrive the service is general was very poor and it wasn’t like it was a busy night. They put us in a tiny table and we had to ask the waitress to move us to a bigger table, when the pizza finally arrived we wondered where they would fit the pizza and our plates.

Have to try the sausage and broc Rabe pizza. The hot wings are the best I’ve ever eaten. Limited draft beer on tap though, wish they had more. Good place to eat.

Surprisingly, I didn’t try the pizza on my first visit. I went here for lunch because it was close to work. I ordered a serving of Penne Vodka on lunch special. It was pretty good. The bread was hot from the coal oven too. I just wished the service was faster/they had more servers. 2 people serving a Friday lunch hour crowd slows the service down somehow

Came in with family and tried the meatball ricotta pizza. Pretty damn good, definitely one of the better pizza spots in the area. I saw a lot of other families eating here the day we went, so a nice place to bring kin for lunch/dinner. There’s also a bar area and TVs to catch the games.

We pass by this place almost every week wondering how it is. We finally got there last night to check it out! From the outside it really does look like a bar that happens to sell pizza — but don’t be fooled! It’s genuinely a pizza restaurant that happens to have a bar. It looks great inside with its bar, tables, flat-screen TVs, large tinted windows with a view of Route 46 and the big old coal burning oven — yes folks they make the pizza right in front of you. Me and my lady had a white pizza with wild mushroom, fresh mozzarella and sausage. It was delicious — there was a truffle oil that cut to my core and the mozzarella looked and tasted homemade! The service was very personable but they seemed a bit shorthanded as our server was also the bartender. They may have been shorthanded for just that night. Anyway, if you’re traveling down Route 46 East and you need something to eat, or a new nearby happy hour spot, this place is the way to go!
