Pros: Great community feel, not too far from campus and inexpensive ($ 395/​person).
Cons: Poorly built, lack of proper maintenance in the units, parking lot is in major disrepair (potholes everywhere).
The management (Prestige) is on their 3rd landlord in 4 years and the place continues to fall apart. Dumpsters overflowing, stray cats everywhere, etc. If you have an issue it takes forever and you must stay on top of them to get anything done.
