Friendly staff and quick service. Clean and well stocked with coffee items and condiments for your coffee. We ordered coffee and two cinnamon twists. So disappointed in the twists. The pastries were hard and dry(except the glaze). Ugh… a coffee café should always have FRESH pastries!

Starbucks at a turnpike service plaza where people want to get in and out. Two people working on a high travel holiday weekend. I counted 17 people in line. All i wanted to do was purchase one of their expensive, high profit items– a coffee mug. As the line appeared to be over 30 mins long i asked since i wasn’t needing a prepared item could i just jump ahead and be rung out. I was told no. I don’t get it! Lost sale. !!

Watch out! 10:15am after being on the road for over 7 hours, I was looking forward to a great cup of Starbucks coffee… Not the case here. Ordered Gold Coast, one of my favorites, and the color after adding a small amount of cream was grey! Super old coffee. Do your taste buds a favor, get a red eye or frap.

Chronometer: Sunday morning, February 17, 2008: 9:00 am. Course: Westbound on Interstate 76 West. Velocity: 80MPH Temperature: 26 F Caffeine Level: Non-Existent Never, ever has Starbucks been such a welcome sight! I was almost cheering as I pulled into the Travel Plaza, secure in the warming thought that soon, that oh so blessed drug of choice — caffeine — would soon be coursing it’s way through my veins and to my brain!
