Knowingly operating a miscallibrated car wash. If it takes off your side mirror, tough shit. You can fill out a form, but according to an employee, it just goes into a stack of other damage complaints.
I had issues earlier in the week with it loosening my side mirror. Filled out a damage form. Never heard back.
Tonight I go through, assuming since it was open and running that it had serviced by a technician and was now calibrated. NOPE! Tonight it fully took off my side mirror! When I asked an employee why they weren’t closing it, the employee states that they are not allowed to close it even if they know it’s damaging cars. WTF!?? That’s also when I was informed about the stack of damage complaints.
Clearly, this franchise owner is not aware of tort law and gross negligence.
I drive Lyft, and was in the habit of gassing up my car and washing it here 2−5x/ week. Earth to the owner: you don’t keep business by treating your customers like crap. You’ve just lost over $ 8,500/year in business from me. Good thing you’re right off the freeway, you’ll have plenty of new business.

this is my favorite gas station in the entire world because it is EXTREMELY CLEAN, the bathrooms are what dreams are made out of, they’re always playing Beyoncé, and I can get really excellent snacks (matcha green tea shots, froyo [altho they need to get tart flavor!], hard boiled eggs, fantastic snack packs, quality crackers, etc!). I have driven across this country many times and I have seen the worst of the worst. And I honestly get emotional when I think about much I love living near the greatest gas station in the world. Hats off, loop. You are winning the game.

I don’t normally give bad reviews but quite unhappy with car wash experience here. After waiting in line for 25 minutes the wash stopped after dousing my car with soap. I called the station and they advised me to exit the wash and get back in line! After convincing the woman I wasn’t in favor of doing that she came out and reset it which she had told me wouldn’t work because I wouldn’t be able to back up enough. But I was able to and the wash then completed.
So two stars because they did fix it, but clearly it’s not reliable and they didn’t think anything of asking me to go back and wait in line again!

Betzey… Get your head in the game. Next time some one comes in. Give them some help. Don’t just sit on your ass counting cigarettes without acknowledging the only three customers right in front of you.

LOOP Shell Gas Station is a no go for me Unilocalers!
— The store has been closed around 12AM the 4 times I went there (either 1 employee using the restroom or sleeping in backroom). Store suppose to be open 24 Hours. Please staff this location with 2 employees at least.
— Also how can one run out of toothpaste — you are literally serving the demographics around you — hello hotels…

I don’t normally review gas station convenience stores, but damn this place is like a mini whole foods, complete with organic products, made to order coffee and a salad bar! They also carry a wide selection of Ben and Jerry ice cream and beers normally only found in specialty stores. I’m only passing through town, and I hope to see these in the south Bay soon.
