I’m seriously not a fan of pf changs I’m sorry it is overrated in my opinion. They are very stingy with the portions which is stupid considering they charge like $ 17 dollars for each item. Barely able to share the items with two people. So if you went with three or four. You definitely have to get 2 or three orders of the same item! The waitress was hella rude slow. Like she messed up and brought another couples order to our table. It’s pretty small in there. I like the elephant bar size better tables are kinda close. I don’t like dining to close to others. If you like spending a lot of money on ok food go there. But be prepared to be disappointed! Those egg rolls aren’t even egg rolls I’ve never had an egg roll that was soft. Taste terrible.

Being Chinese, I’ve had a fair share of Chinese food my entire life and P.F. Chang, you are basically expensive Panda Express food served in a nice restaurant to me… Chang’s Spicy Chicken reminded me of Panda Express. Not that it was bad, but it was seriously way too expensive for similar quality to Panda Express! Their garlic noodle, had no garlic flavor in it… huge letdown because I love anything garlicky! I did like their house made ginger beer. It was delicious! +1 for their yummy ginger beer and nice, attentive server. Nope, I won’t be back here again for their food. Drinks, maybe.

I’ve had 235 Unilocal Check-ins with the last back in September 2015. I guess you can say I enjoyed going there. I had a very bad experience with the service and the management. I’ve not set a foot back in the place. Nor will I ever will. Good luck to the next Unilocal Duke.

If Unilocal allowed half stars, I would give this place a 2.5 star. The food was pretty good ! I loved the Mongolian chicken, it was tender yet crispy ! The sesame chicken is just okay, although I wouldn’t order it from here ever again. Overall, the place is pretty overpriced and the service is kind of non existent. Beware, their silverware is dirty.

Was seated and after about 5 minutes a waiter told me give him a few minutes and he’d be back. After another few minutes still not even a water. I walked out. And the restaurant less than half full.

We come here about once every 6 months. Each time it’s either real good or terrible. I don’t know what’s up with the inconsistency but I bet the chef keeps changing. Usually the Mongolian Beef is a bit salty but tasty. Tonight it was bland. I just can’t seem to get good enough beef here in Oak/Emeryland. The orange peel chicken was delis and the crab wontons weren’t bad. I will say the servers I’ve had have mostly been pleasant and accommodating.

Hubby decided to go on a double date with another couple friends of ours on a random Saturday night so we came here. I knew it would be busy so I reserved a table for 4 and I’m so relieved that I did because I overheard the wait time was up to over an hour. I haven’t eaten here in a while and I’ve always liked their food so this recent visit didn’t disappoint. The place was pretty busy but the server was still attentive to us although the water refill was a little slow but I’m not gonna knock him for that. I especially like their Walnut Prawns with Honeydew Melon and everything else we ordered were good. Too many to name! Garlic noodles were only alright, I can make it better at home but that’s just me. It’s not a place I frequently go to but I’m sure I’ll be back but not for a long time. Side note: they don’t validate the garage parking but it’s cheap so it’s not a big deal.

Very very commercial Chinese food. Kung pao chicken tasted like a TV dinner you could buy at Safeway. Mongolian beef was extremely salty. Hot and sour soup tasted like one I could make from a packet, only thicker and saltier. I was looking forward to eating here cause I heard good things abut their food but I was unimpressed. I could have had similar food for a cheaper price at Panda Express. I’m rating this place 2 stars only because their food is extremely salty and overpriced.

The food was really good last night. I mean everything was good. It was a party of 9 and it was some minor mishaps like a meal being missed and rice combine for whole table. All in all the service was good and the food super tasty. That fried lobster and shrimp rice to die for.

Somehow not surprised to see 603 reviews and only 2.5 stars. I am a fan of the PF Changs brand … In Southern California that is. I stayed at the Marriott across the street and seeing PF Changs thought I’d take my daughter to dinner. What a disaster. From the moment we walked in the door. It took a full 2 minutes for the TWO hosts to even look up from their chatter amongst themselves. Albeit we were seated right away which was nice and once we got their attention they were cheerful and welcoming. The server, Feven, on the other hand was anything but welcoming. When asked to inquire about nut allergies before we ordered a dish she left our table, walked by us 5(seriously 5) times before I flagged her down and asked if she was coming back. The look made me worry about what might happen to our food so when she brought out water without it being requested — which you are supposed to have to request by law now due to the drought — we decided we probably shouldn’t drink it. She was rude, arrogant and very disengaged from her job. We watched her with other patrons. It wasn’t just us. She looked over the heads of all of her customers. The cake topper was the visit to the restroom. Oh my gosh, the trash can was overflowing with paper towels with at least 10 on the floor and several on the floor outside in the hall that could easily be seen from the restaurant. Servers and even the management staff in street clothes walked right by like this was the norm. The stall with a changing table had used diapers on the shelf. Really tells you how they don’t put any value into the customer experience. I did however, tip Feven the full 20% I normally do because I realize the job is hard. But Feven, dear, if you don’t like your job find a new one where you can smile for Pete’s sake! Going back to SoCal where the PF Chang’s are well run and everything is neat and tidy. Sorry Bay Street. You have a ways to go.

Oh man, forget about this place. This is a wanna-be at it’s finest. We ordered kung pao chicken, singapore noodles, and sweet and sour pork. Their kung pao chicken resembles that chicken dish in a box that you can buy from safeway, their Singapore noodles is nothing to be raved about, and their sweet and sour pork is so-so… actually it’s the best that we got from the dishes that we ordered but i bet your mama can cook a better one than they do. The taste of real Chinese dishes is mountains away from what this place offers.

Zero stars if I could for the customer service. Last year we came here as a big party and had around 15 ppl. This year our party has grown and they were trying to MAKEUS order and pay for our food before hand. However we have people coming from out of town and that is quite hard to do, plus we want everyone to be able to make their own choices and not stick to one or to entrees. Spoke to the manager Candace and she still was not willing to let us have our party of 20 come without having to preorder. I even offered to pay for a few entrees I knew we were going to have but to order for 20 people was not going to happen. We then asked for two tables then(10 and 10) and she stated we may be on different sides of the restaurant blah blah blah. Basically I thought we would get better customer service calling a week ahead but that was not the case. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went here for an impromptu dinner with my family. I generally have very low expectations for chain restaurants like this but our waitress was very attentive and conscious of our needs. Additionally, the food was surprisingly good. If you’re looking for solid Asian/Chinese food it’s really pretty good. Not everything was on point but I think the best dish was the Mongolian beef. Obviously it’s a pf changs so don’t expect the world but if you’re looking for an easy no frills dinner and your at Bay Street I would recommend it.

Nope. I had never been to a P.F. Chang’s before, so when I was staying in the hotel across the street(and equipped with an expense account), I decided to give them a try. Thank goodness for said expense account, or I’d feel even more ripped off. Once seated at my table, I sat there for about five minutes with my menu closed– no server approaching me, acknowledging my presence, even glancing in my general direction. When the server finally came by to see if anyone had taken my order, he was apologetic that it took so long. I placed my order: The crab wontons and almond and cashew chicken. The crab wontons were OK, nothing more special than I’ve had anywhere else. The almond and cashew chicken was absolutely flavorless. It was difficult to even find cashews in it, although I found a few peanuts. I have had way better food from a neighborhood Chinese spot for less than half the price. It took a long time to get a refill on my soda. When the server was there he was very friendly, but he was hardly ever there. I can understand if a server is busy, but the flavorless food means I will not be visiting another PF Changs(even with my expense account).

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary. What a memorable evening we had! Madison was our server and she was absolutely fantastic! Madison was very attentive and checked on us all throughout the evening. Her demeanor was very caring. We were quite surprised that she hasn’t been in this position very long. I told her that she could certainly trained some servers who’ve done this job for years. To top it off, we were introduced to the manager, Candice. Candice was delightful and spent a lot of time telling us about menu items and how she got into the restaurant business. My husband and I agreed that she would go far in life. The way she connected with us and made sure we were comfortable was very refreshing. As the evening came to a close, our dessert was presented with a heart shaped syrup around it and champagne. What a delightful way to end the evening. We were so surprised and excited by this wonderful addition. Candice and Madison made our special occasion more memorable. We enjoyed this visit to PF Chang’s very much! Thank you so much for every :)

Direct and to the point… food was great as always but the service was terrible. Here’s why: Our server forgot things over and over again. They’re basic services like making sure your customer’s glasses are always full or at least ask if they need more water or whatever they’re drinking. Not one time did she ask! Further, she was slow in providing responses to some of our inquiries. Her demeanor spoke«I don’t want to be here!» Unfortunately it showed by the way she served. Our small group of four were pretty easy to please, friendly and totally chill but she got all four of us a bit flustered. Her service was so unacceptable that we asked to speak with the manager to provide him feedback. Brian, the manager approached us and listened to us. We appreciated that he received our feedback so he can provide training if needed. He also gave us a gift card which was appreciated but was not our goal. Bottom line is that I understand that she may be having an off night and may actually be an awesome server. However, providing good customer service is a big part of her job and not just taking orders. I hope she’s in a better mood on her next shift.

Does PF Chang’s stand for«Poor Food» Chang’s? It should. I should have taken my friends Chris’s advice when he warned me not to come here. But I saw the crab wontons and had to try them. The service was non existent even though we were the only ones there. Red Flaming won tons weren’t that spicy, and like the crab wontons were more on the lukewarm side. They’d already lost their crunch and there was no one to flag down to replace our food. The Dumplings came out slightly warmer but you could tell they’d been sitting somewhere before they served it to us. «This place is going to go out of business soon,» Chris said. I nodded in agreement.

They have some really delicious food here. However, the servers are a bit slow. For a party of two on Saturday night the wait was about twenty minutes which wasn’t bad. However, when we got seated we were not provided any utensils or table cloths. After being seated the server did not approach us until 10 – 15 minutes. Which isn’t ideal, usually your server should at least greet you and ask if they can get you started with a drink. Finally our server came over, by this time I was extremely hungry and thirsty. Our server was friendly but I had better servers in the past. We finally got our food. We ordered soup, string beans, Mongolian beef and the street noodles. The egg flower corn soup and wonton soup were delicious. The string beans were tasty with a side of spicy sauce. The noodles were ok and Mongolian beef was a bit salty. For desert we had the wontons with vanilla cream which was really good! Would I come back to this location? Probably not.

I’m more than pleased to be writing this milestone of a review, #250 for one of my favorite restaurants, PF Changs! I don’t go to chain restaurants unless it’s for a quick lunch but PF Chang’s is one of those places I’ll visit for dinner and even on a weekend night! I was across the way in the Courtyard Marriott last week for work and when I asked Ryan the concierge where my coworker and I could grab dinner he said there’s plenty of things in the mall across the way and that PF Chang’s was the closest. Of course I lit up as I love all their food especially the lettuce wraps and he was kind enough to give my coworker and I vouchers for free lettuce wraps so of course we went there. We had a glass of wine while we waited for our table and Matt and David the 2 servers at the bar were so friendly and told us about all the new menu items that they had that we decided to just sit at the bar for the entire evening. We drank, ate and laughed the night away with them. The food of course is always delicious. We had the tofu lettuce wraps, I was really impressed by these, I’d never had them before and they tasted just like the chicken ones. Next we had a sushi roll and I can’t remember the name of it but I didn’t even realize PF Changs now had sushi! Then we shared the honey shrimp which was okay, I like grilled shrimp or a shrimp dish with veggies but it was good and we had that with brown rice and. Lastly we got my favorite, the garlic noodles, of course we had no room for dessert. Delicious food, fabulous wine, great atmosphere in the bar and the dining area and it’s in a great location. Whether your shopping and want a quick bite or across the way in the hotel and need to dine the night away, this place is the spot to go! Thanks for a fabulous evening and the extra fortune cookies! I’ll be in this area every few months for work and I’ll definitely be back!
