My son attended their preschool program last year. He started during the summer sessions which he loved but then when he began the regular school year he hated it. The summer program teacher was an actual director of another school and teaches in the summer because she obviously loves what she does. She has many years under her belt and is companionate towards all of the children and it shows. Zak absolutely loved Ms India and we loved her too. It was always a pleasure to speak to her. The teachers for the regular school year however, were young and inexperienced with children and always had issues with children including mine. I don’t know if they were able to get a better more experienced teacher seeing that I have moved out of Emmaus since November of last year but if they didn’t I don’t suggest to use them for regular daycare. The facility itself is amazing, some of the staff not so much. If I were still there I would have removed my child from their services. They do not serve breakfast or lunch but you can supply your own when you drop your child off. They are accommodating with drop offs and pickup. I would only recommend them for the summer program and their martial arts programs.

My daughter has attended daycare at Active Learning Center — Beginnings since she was 3 months old. I was very hesitant to leave her with anyone as she is my first and only child, however, I couldn’t have found a more perfect place. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I receive e-mail updates about my daughter’s group’s weekly progress with the next week’s lesson plan and photographs of what the kids did all week. My daughter is always happy when she is dropped off and picked up and by her disposition I know that she enjoys ALC-Beginnings and I know that they take care of her.

My granddaughter love ALC. They do before and after care, at her school, and in summer, she does their summer camp. Great people, good rates.
