Very cool spot with some very cool finds! Parking is simple, and the owner was a blast to talk to.

This rad video game shop has a great variety! Unique and clean games. I like the atmosphere and the artwork on the walls. It is well organized and the older games are in a cool room named the retro room. What a great way to reminisce games from the 80s and the 90s; my childhood. The owner dude knows his stuff and is happy to help. Gamer stuff is everywhere and the prices are fair. Love the plushies and other cool accessories! I got the boo plush, Dora gamecube game for my daughter, and super mario 3 for my NES. I will gladly be back.

When I heard of planet games I was pretty excited that a used game store opened up in my neighborhood. Knowing that I wanted to purchase some games for an out-dated system that I had I figured I would give this place a shot. When I arrived at the store I noticed there was no parking lot for customers per se, so I parked in a lot on the side of the building which I think was meant for the homes next door, wasnt sure, it wasnt that big of a deal. I tried using the door that was facing the lot and it was locked there was no sign on it that said use other door or anything so one could imagine my confusion, yet again not a big deal, When i found a door that wasnt locked i found myself in a small cramped room full of retro games, and game memorabilia, which I thought was awesome. I went upon my search to find what I was looking for, when I tried to find someone to ask if they had the particular games I was looking for I could not find a single sales person, it was moments later I found out that he was helping other customers. When I asked him about the games in question he said that they did not have those games in stock as they were very popular, very hard to come by games, I accepted his response and his reasoning and asked him if I could leave him my number if he could call me if he got them in. This is when my experience went sour, he said no I wont do that and even if I did you would be person 106 on the list, or something to that effect, which i thought was kind of rude. I then asked him if he had another game in stock, which he did. I then asked him if he could help me find it seeing as the store was really that organized and I didnt want to waste too much time digging through piles of crappy games to find the one I wanted. He didnit help me find it he just waved me in the general direction in which the game was, luckily for him i found it quite easily. I proceeded with the sale in which the salesman showed no haste or concern to wrap up and acted as if i was inconveniencing his day by giving him my money. I left that game store with a bad taste in my mouth, Long story short, Unless I cant find a hard to obtain game through Amazon or the used media store at Q-mart I really dont see myself going back to this establishment, the sales clerk was just too rude and not really helpful at all. I cant justify giving that store anymore of my money
