Rico’s Pizza

One of the most tasteless pizzas I have probably had. It tastes decent if you drench it in ranch. Honestly, the only thing it has going for it is the crust, which I’d give a ²⁄₅. The service is also mediocre… we put in an order and were told 20 minutes. We go in around 15 minutes after the call was placed and the people hadn’t even started to make the pizza. A 20 minute wait turned into 40 and the place was empty. You get what you pay for, I guess. I also recently found out that they own the taco truck right next door. The taco truck was amazing until they decided to upgrade to a fancy new truck and completley downgrade the food. You used to get great tacos/​burritos/​etc, since they upgraded it’s nothing but gristle and tasteless meat overloaded with sauce.

Came in for lunch. Had to wait for food to be made when food was suppose to be made already for the lunch special. Nobody was here. Pretty empty. Still gave it a shot. And result was bad. Pizza was rushed. Dough was uncooked. I won’t be back. It was bad enough where I had to complain. I wanted my money back.

This was my first and maybe my last time here. The service was good that’s why they got three stars instead of two, but the pizza slice was dry and did not taste fresh or good. The little amount of sauce that it did have was bland. They advertise fresh hand tossed daily bit it seemed as though they stuck yesterdays pizza back in the oven.

Bad and slow customer service. i waited real long to get my order in. they were not that busy just ignored me. i had to say something then the girls came no sorry no thank you. dull faces… never coming back

The pizza was ok but the customer service was terrible. The woman working here was rude and disrespectful.

I was disappointed that the bathroom didn’t have a lock on it but the place did have a nice atmosphere. They have a pool table an video games. The pizza slices are huge and they’re very good priced. The pizza was very flavorful too I liked it a lot.

I needed to feed a very large group of people and I quickly thought of their Giant Pizza’s– they feed a lot of people and are delicious. I called to make special arrangements on two separate occasions during the busy holiday season and they were awesome. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the pizza was great.

Love the pizza !!! Beer is ice cold & staff are friendly and helpful. Not much of an atmosphere, but pizza to go is great !!!
