Sue Mertens is an expert in carpet cleaning, as she knows how to treat different textiles effectively and gently. She has come to my rescue on fairly short notice numerous times after minor water damage and pet accidents, and she has taken great care of my sofa, chair, rug, and carpet cleaning needs since 2005. She is meticulous and thorough, moving furniture to clean hard-​to-​reach areas while also being respectful of my house by protecting corners with guards and supplying plastic booties for us to use every time. I highly recommend Sue Mertens to anyone who appreciates quality cleaning.
