I absolutely love the service that Positively Tan provides! I am a very pale person and do not like to go into the sun to get a tan, so this is the perfect remedy! I was very impressed with Kelly’s work. She was very detailed and thorough. You could tell she knew what she was doing. She used the perfect solution for my skin tone. Which made the tan look very natural. No streaks, discoloration, or orangyness. I also had my teeth whitened and they turned out amazing. I have tried many teeth whitening technics with little success. It took one 15 min session and I left there looking like I had bought a whole new set of teeth. The results were instantaneous. Love love love my tan every time I come here!!! As I bodybuilder I’m SUPER picky when it comes to spray tans and have spray tanned at A TON of places in San Diego and none of them come close to what Kelly does! The solution is the best yet and I don’t feel sticky at all!!! I got tanned over a week ago and the color is still going strong. I can’t believe how long it lasts with me working out every single day!

I was very nervous about getting my first tan but in looking at all the AMAZING reviews Kelly has, I decided to give it a try. First off, Kelly is so friendly and personable and makes the visit very enjoyable! It was so easy to open up with her. She is definitely very skilled in her line of work and is passionate about what she does! My tan lasted about two weeks with the proper moisturizing and care that she will instruct you on at your session. I will be posting up photos on the next visit that I have with her as I failed to take any the first time around (very busy schedule). I have been going to Kelly for a little over a year now and she is amazing. Her tan is flawless. What I love is that she truly takes the time to color/​product match you properly as opposed to others I have been to before. My tan is always seamless and never streaks. The business is also ran impeccably, she is quick to respond and always super accommodating. I love that she does whatever she can to squeeze me in if I need an appointment! If I could make an appointment with her every week I would! Seriously, best tanning experience I’ve had.

For Halloween, my bf and I went as American Gladiators (the hit tv show from the early 90’s). In order to complete our look, we went to positively tan for a bodybuilder-​esque spray tan. Kelly was incredibly accommodating and fit both of us in the day before.
After leaving the tan on for 11 hours (8 – 12 is suggested) my tan was not as dramatic as I had hoped. My bf’s looked absolutely great though! Since mine had turned out different than I hoped, I called Kelly to see if we could do another session. She contacted me immediately and met with me half an hour after I first called. With a touch up, my tan LOOKED GREAT and we had an awesome evening.
I cannot thank Kelly from Positively Tan enough, her professionalism and follow-​through is incredibly impressive. She did everything she could and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. I can’t thank her enough!

That all being said, I’ve spray tanned my entire life (have visited roughly 30 different salons across California) and no other airbrush tan expert or machine tan (iTan cough cough) will get you this quality of color, evenness (a big one!) and natural-​looking glow.

I had never had a spray tan or used tanning beds, nothing ever for tanning except the good old sun. I’ve always been hesitant to try other tanning methods because I’ve seen some people coming out of tanning salons with orange skin, or very streaky tans. Kelly was very informative and gave me great advice on what to do before coming in for my tan and how to maintain it afterwards. I was hesitant since it was my first time but I was extremely pleased with the results!!! I got so many compliments, my tan looks like I had been freshly bronzed by the goddesses of the sun! Sun kissed to perfection! I absolutely recommend Positively Tan to anyone & everyone!

Kelly also does teeth whitening! I have gotten my teeth whitened numerous times from Kelly and it really works and makes such a difference in my teeth! (Of course you have to do it more than once for better results)! I love this and will always be back for more! Thanks Kelly for your awesome services!

I love that she has an organic option and also a fast working solution that allows you to shower within a few hours! It’s awesome! She also knows how to customize color so you come out looking the way you want. Lasts over a week.
