Domino’s Pizza

I spoke with another manager at this store and he was amazing. Everything that a manager should be. He listen to my frustration, and assured me that the ASS would be spoken to. I think his name was Charles, but i could be wrong it was a 8:30 on ¹¹⁄₂₄. You turned around a bad situation and made it better, I wanted to recant my review, as this store should not suffer from one idiot. As a store manager this guy ROCKS. Thank you!
I have never been treated so bad EVER!!! The store manager Clay was a complete ASS. we waited over 2 hours for a pizza and when it still did not arrive i called to complain, he wanted to make another pizza and send with another driver which would have taken another 45 min. When i got upset he said «i really don’t care if you feel that way and then hung up the phone on me. We order a lot of pizza between sports teams and teenagers and I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this store again. This guy should be fired and and believe me when i say i am going viral on social media on this one.

I don’t like giving a horrible review but I have to be honest. I will say the ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast. (I tipped 25%.) But was very disappointed once I opened the box. We ordered a lg pepperoni with extra cheese (couldn’t tell) The pizza was burned on the top and on the bottom. Charred. And it was sitting in grease with another layer of grease on top. Room temp. Really disappointed. Threw it away. It cost $ 27.99, felt ripped off. Horrible pizza. Won’t order from any Dominoes again.

Recently ordered some pizza on the 4^th of July. Not only was the pizza 30 minutes late, but it came in a crushed box. I opened the box up to discover my own special little piece of modern art. I called the manager and he got lippy with me as if this pizza was my fault or something. They offered me another pie, but it was an additional 30 minutes or so. I wasn’t impressed with their customer service or management. It sucks because I usually love their food, too.

The tracker on the website is AMAZING! everyone should really try it Out of all the other domino’s pizza, I think this location has the best and efficient customer service ever. Thank you for being punctual on delivery as well. I called other pizza places they said they would take at least an hour and a half– two hours. Why would anyone want to wait 2 hours for one pizza pie lol.
Anyways Domino’s was quick. I got it in less than half an hour. Thank you again for awesome service, It was a very pleasant experience!
P.S if you’re tired of a regular pizza, try the Parmesan garlic white sauce, instead of red. it’s yummy!

Super nice employees who make great pizzas in a timely manor. A very pleasant experience taking out. The middle eastern man who runs the counter is THE man!

As with all chains, if you’re not already familiar with Domino’s Pizza then my humble review can’t help you. I’ve always been a fan of their pizza, even before they went through their reinvention a couple of years back (it still tastes generally the same to me), but I still like it.
This location is still very new but the staff has gotten up to speed very quickly. We live close so we usually opt to carry out and avoid the $ 3 delivery charge. There’s always parking so it’s not too much of a pain. The few times we have had delivery it has always been quick and friendly.
While we try to eat and shop local as much as possible, there’s just some conveniences that it’s tougher for small places to offer, like Domino’s badass pizza-​ordering app. If you haven’t used it yet, please do. On a lazy, hungover Saturday, there’s nothing quite better than scrolling through your phone for a minute only to have a pizza show up at your door 15 – 20 minutes later. I realize that conveniences like this will eventually make us all look like the people in Wall-​E, but sometimes I just don’t care.
