Cool Doctor … But no idea why they changed my appointment from 1045 to 1015 and then had me wait in the waiting room until past 11am… Perhaps a more sound scheduling system or making note of when they make the changes …
I give a 1 for service when it comes to scheduling and a 4 – 5 on actual service
Apparently how it works is you wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes then come back into the back area sit in another room for a predetermined amount of time. For me, he was seeing patients ahead of me who weren’t even in the waiting room when I got here at 10am lol — so they must have been back here for over an hour.
I can’t complain too much BC I don’t know how doctors offices are SUPPOSED To be… I rarely ever go. So… If this isn’t the norm then you can make your own determination.
Moved it down to a TWO star to reflect my 1 hour and 20 minute wait past my appointment time and have still not seen the good doctor.

Most horrible service we’ve ever had with a doctor before. We had an 11:30 vasectomy scheduled for Dr. Juma. They said we would be in and out of office within an hour, tops. After waiting in office for 1 hour 10 min I finally asked whats going on and that I have a sitter till 1:00 and they said «it would just be a bit longer». Now we are 2 hours here and his valume has worn off and they don’t have any more meds for him. We are not mad the doctor was running late… it’s the communication we are having trouble with. When I told the nurse that, she stared at me and gave a very dirty look. TERRIBLE SERVICE. even more TERRIBLE NURSE!

I never saw this doctor because I walked out after waiting 2 hours to be seen ! Honestly.

Awful bedside manner! Do not go to this urologist. He is a good surgeon if that’s all you care about but he does not care if he hurts your feelings. Time is too precious to wait for 2 hours to see him in his office too. So rude!
