I purchased a Groupon for this place and tried several times to call/​text Kelley to schedule an appointment. Never once did she try to get back in contact with me. I even told her in the last text I was going to send, that I was going to contact Groupon in 2 days for a refund if I didn’t hear from her. Still nothing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! There are WAY too many places in San Diego with awesome customer service for you to even waste your time here!

I purchased a two facial package from Groupon, and after getting the first facial, I booked the second, only to have a cancellation notice 2 h before the appointment. I called to find out why it was cancelled but did not get a response. I called again to speak with Kelley before rebooking (and having the same thing happen again) but never got a response. This is very unprofessional. It would have been appropriate for her to have called to explain that she was not going to honor the Groupon, so that I could have the option of paying the difference

I purchased a two facial package from groupon from Kelley. The first facial was not bad. It was mediocre, nothing special. The second one she didn’t honor, saying that groupon had sold her a bad package, that she interpreted the expiration dates differently than groupon, that groupon clients had messed up her business and been problematic. I left without the second service.
If she had told me when I booked the second appointment (we had several texts where I reminder of her the groupon) that she wasn’t going to honor the groupon, I might have paid the difference, but at least I would have had the choice first. Her facials were worth about the groupon price, but in my opinion, not worth more.(For that price I could go to a nice salon instead of little cubicle «suite» rooms in a rather strange salon suites strip mall location. I had cleared my schedule and driven across town to my appointment before she brought up that she was not honoring the second service on the groupon. After my conversation with her, I would be uncomfortable trusting her with my skin in the future and wouldn’t be able to recommend her, especially not to people thinking of purchasing a groupon or other promotion package.

I have been seeing Kelly for about 5 years to get my eyebrows done. She was the first one I allowed to touch my eyebrows because I was so nervous. Kelly’s quality work made me follow her to her new salon location and I always recommend her to friends. I get a lot of comliments on the shape of my brows and I won’t let anyone else touch my brows because she is the best. She is friendly, provides great service, and she is easy to book on the styleseat app!

A fantastic experience from start to finish! Kelley was very responsive with my text messages. I texted the day before and got an appointment the next day. Her location — Phenix Salon Suites is like a one-​stop place for everything you need to get pampered ! Very clean, very professional environment. The facial experience was very pleasant. As a mom who rarely gets a chance to take care of my skin, she gave me a crash course on what to do and what products to try. I had tons of questions, and she answered with great detail — very impressed with her level of knowledge. And yes, she is very NICE and sweet. My face was glowing when I left the place! Her groupon deal was definitely a steal, i just wish i bought the 2-​visit deal instead :) I will definitely be back with or without the groupon !

I’m old, but you’d never know it after a facial with Kelley! Seriously, the only problem for me is that I have a hard time not touching my face afterward! She’s super sweet, professional, and does great waxes too!

Kelley was awesome and she did an amazing facial! I picked her brain the whole time on what would work best for my skin and she gave me an entire regimen. She even responded to my texts and helps me pick out the right products and answered all of my extra questions. My face felt awesome after seeing her and have noticed a difference with the products she recommended. Thank you Kelley for being so great and really caring for your clients!

Kelley offers many services and she does a fantastic job. She is very knowledgeable of the skin and what products work best for your skin type. She is a master at brow waxing and shaping. I highly recommend Kelley.

Kelley is my girl! She was my go-​to waxer when she worked at benefits brow bar in Ulta, and I followed her as when she went out on her own and started PMU. She is highly skilled, honest, friendly… and really just an all-​around nice person.
