EId actually rate this negative 5 stars if I could.
This place is a farce! Defunct machines, water spewing at you when you open the laundry compartment and the woman I called, wow, total defensiveness and unprofessionalism is what she has to offer.
I cannot believe she would jeopardize her friend’s business by being so unapproachable and nasty. Most available machines were broken (without signs and even though she said she knew about them earlier today!) in addition to the others that toss water at you when you open the laundry drawer. No, it is not common in most places and not acceptable as she claims. Nor is it remotely acceptable that two machines took my money without registering multiple coins.
Funny who benefits from that «mistake.»

My bet is not on the remote chance these machines will even be fixed.
Then you also have the fact that you cannot stop the larger front loading machine once you start it. Any other laundromat Im no expert, but I can assuredly say that other laundromats in San Diego definitely allow you to add clothes (contrary to her defensive claim that no-​one does).
I cannot dissuade you enough from saving frustration and NOT coming here… the time, money, and aggravation us not worth it.
Or if you happen to waste time calling her, you can listen to her lecture you about how fine the laundomat is.
Yes, that’s how to grow a business alright, deny, deny deny… your doors closed.

It’s dirty and the machines are in disrepair. I had to call for a refund more machines are not working than are noted so if it’s busy you have to wait. There is another one down the street that is more comfortable, cleaner and has management on site. They also have TV and WiFi. I think I’ll stick to that one

The equipment is old & worn out. The out-​of-​order machines are not well-​marked so that you are likely to put your money in before noticing. I put quarters in the dryer and it only registered my depositing 3 out of 5 of them. There is no bathroom nearby & very limited seating. I’m staying in the area for another week & won’t be doing my laundry here again.
