So yes, the groupon was over sold — but I did manage to get through and had an appointment with Reeva and one with Robin. The ladies were both very polite and did an excellent job. My skin was glowing for days afterwards — so much so I received compliments. I would definitely use them again — its so worth it.

I mistakenly bought the groupon for not one, but two, services. It claimed, «a one-​hour upper-​body tropical sugar scrub and massage, with a complimentary glass of champagne and cheese-​and-​fruit plate; Aestheticians present guests with cucumber-​infused water and encourage them to relax from the moment they arrive. In commencing the treatment, tropical sugar scrub exfoliates the back, shoulders, and arms. Freshly buffed skin then receives a soothing body mask, which locks in moisture while aestheticians massage the hands, arms, back, and feet, after which they finish with a nourishing body lotion.»
So, I did one with Robin and one with Reeva. Others are completely on about trying to make an appointment here. It is nearly impossible. They do not coordinate, have horrible hours, and are generally confused and Reeva is not very nice about it.
There was no cucumber water. There was no cheese. There was either hands or feet, not both.
If you get past all of that, this place is a room within a tanning salon. So you will likely hear one of two things. (1) Someone getting airbrushed with the instructions, giggling, and large air compressor that go along. (2) The recorded instructions of a spray tan machine. You will definitely hear the ringing of the someone coming into the front door bell. This is not the place for anything relaxing.

I purchased a groupon for a massage here and today I tried to make an appointment. The first number was just busy so I tried the 2^nd one. It was a horrible connection but at least someone answered by saying hello. It did not sound like I was calling a business at all. When I said that I was trying to make an appointment to use my groupon she asked when I would like to schedule my massage. I said that I did not know what their hours were since they are not listed on the website. She then asked when I bought my groupon because if it was after June then she would not honor it. She was very rude. I am now trying to get a refund from groupon. Be Warned this place is super shady. All my other groupon experiences have been great. I believe I was speaking to Reeva the owner. I think I might have gotten off easy.

Maybe the worst customer service in the world. I purchased a Groupon for myself and a friend and tried 6 times to book an appointment — but they basically only offer services in the middle of the day durring the week — Dont you know that most people have jobs?
First of all you call the personal cell phone of some lady, not even the spa (very unprofessional). Only one person did the service that was purchased for the Groupon, so my friend and I would have to go back to back. I asked if there was a relaxation room or a place to sit and wait and was told no. The only option would be to book another service (forcing you to buy 4 services instead of just the 2). So then I tried to schedule a manicure in-​between for each person to get done while they were waiting… But since each person who works there is independent, I ended up having to call yet another person to try and book the nails. The nail person was not available.
So after my 6^th attempt to line up THEIR schedules, I gave up and am not using the Groupon.
Its a JOKE!!! Who runs a business like this? I really think GROUPON should do better research on their companies.
