i was a patient of dr. richmond for many, many years. after i left i discovered he had a second, evening job! as «the comic shrink!» yep, my life, my words were all over his comedy stage! i was shocked! i was hurt and felt like he was no different than the big bullies at school. maybe he was worse… for years i had complete trust in this man… spilling my guts… trusting him so much. never knowing that i was part of a comedy act, he got the crowd to laugh, snicker and appauld him to no end. i could just cry… still. he use to be a good dr. till i became his joke.

Dr. Richmond is a nice guy don’t get me wrong. But the appointment/​billing communication is horrible! They had my credit card info on file there and not only did they not send any bill of balance to my house or call me about it, but I get a call from collections!!! I have outstanding credit and always pay things on time. That’s why I left my credit card info on file with them! Ironically enough this psychiatric business has absolutely horrible communication.
