I have known Luis, the owner, for over ten years. He used to be the on call emergency and maintenance carpet pro in my old apartment complex.
I think especially with services like these, you seem to get a great deal with a «four room for $ 100 deal» with chain companies. that said, the job most likely will be done fast and not thoroughly. Luis instead takes great pride in his profession. he works hard, and is detail-​oriented. if need be, he comes back to further work on spots. he explains stuff, he has grat customer service skills. prices great too.
he is a real guy and you sense that.
