Last week while trying to troubleshoot one laptop connection problem, I managed to take down our whole home network, losing Internet for every device in the house. After fumbling around for a day with help lines and endless rebooting, etc., I finally decided to call a professional. I’m so happy I found Keith and ComputerUp. Keith returned my call promptly and although booked for the day, came by our home at 7p that evening to resolve our emergency. His computer networking knowledge is impressive and he is fast! In less than an hour we were up and running again. We found Keith’s rates to be extremely reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. Next time we have a computer /internet glitch, we will definitely be calling ComputerUp.

Awesome and incredibly affordable. They salvaged all my photos from an ancient server! I had a server that had been used to back up all of my photos (almost 1TB worth). The only problem? The company stopped supporting it years ago– and I could NO LONGER connect to it! I happen to be technical myself (20 years in the biz) and usually can solve things myself, but not this time. Computer Up SAVED THE DAY. Not only did they pick it up from me (I also gave them a new HD to put everything on), but they delivered it back as well– talk about service! I still don’t know how they did it, but they somehow connected without the management software, and got every photo back, safe and sound. I can’t rave enough about them– BEST price, BEST service, BEST quality!
