When so many merchants and service providers see potential customers as little more than ATM machines to make withdrawals from in exchange for poor products and service, what an utterly refreshing experience it was to deal with Ron, who demonstrates integrity and professionalism. When my computer developed an inexplicable issue that the manufacturer said could only be fixed by my sending the computer to Texas (I live in LA), I wanted a closer solution and, after unsatisfying phone conversations with Geek Squad, I called Ron based on reviews I had read about Instatech. Ron was friendly, listened carefully, and asked very specific questions about the situation. After close to 10 minutes of talking about my computer, Ron said that I should follow the manufacturer’s instructions and send the computer to the service center because the particular kind of computer I have is such a new type of machine (an all-​in-​one touchscreen desktop). He said very honestly that despite working on thousands of machines, he hadn’t worked on this new type and the manufacturer would be the best bet. I was blown away by his ethics and true customer care. Rather than make a service call anyway to me because there would be a fee to collect, Ron considered what would be best for me, the customer. Amazing! Please call Ron if you have computer issues. I will definitely call again if I ever have computer tech problems in the future with my laptop or home network.

I was very satisfied with Instant Techs! Ron was able to fix the problem in a very timely manner. Not only was he able to recover my data but he also transferred it onto my new computer.
