McDonald’s

Samuel is extremely rude with an attitude! I had been waiting in line for 10 min and someone in a hoopty jeep went straight to the window and cut in line. I told the cashier in window 1 what happened and he said «you know how it goes». WTF??? I ask for his name and no one would give it to me. Samuel refused to give me his name but showed me his name badge. What’s the point of having a drive through with two lanes of someone can just go to the front and order. I see why this mc Donald’s has a terrible score on Unilocal!Do yourself a favor and drive a little further and go to Sherman oaks Mc Donald’s!
So I received a comment from Samuel. He was angry that he’s a hard worker and it goes unnoticed. LOL!!! You were extremely rude and the other guy lied!

Food was fine, customer service is fucking horrible period. The places was dirty, dirty floors dirty tables and all the employee just dicking around behind the register. Fuck this Mc donalds they need new employees

Food was fine but I hate the new menus. They switch on you before you even get halfway through reading it. Why can’t they go back to the old menu where it was much easier to find things?

Horrible customer service … And the food is horrible. It’s very noticeable that All they care about is making the food super fast which in return the food is not cooked properly. The fries are super soggy and salty. The burger was cold. Never coming here again!!!

One of the McDonald’s I visited is this restaurant very clean, excellent service. Personal are so nice. Finally I found one McDonald that let feel very comfortable thank you 5 out 5 stars.

This pos McDonald’s has the worst dumbest employees you can imagine. I asked for a fresh filet o fish sandwich and when I got it through the drive thru it was cold. This was the second time this has happened. A cockroach was on the drive thru window. There will be repercussions for this if McDonald’s doesn’t make this right. I will call health department, face book my experience and make these basterds pay dearly for messing with me. Don’t waste your time calling corporate and filing a complaint cause they don’t give a damn. It’s on McDonald’s you just messed with the wrong guy

Bring the kids I babysit here all the time. They almost always screw up the simplest orders. Either something is missing or the food is cold. Today my food took forever and by the time they got it my fries were HORRIBLE and my food was cold and tasted like crap. I hate this McDonalds.

I was there last week and got food poisoning from the nuggets. I was sick for two days with fever, vomiting, etc… Did anyone else get sick? Just wondering.

This is the worst McDonald’s ever first off they got my order wrong 2 times third they charged us for our third order so yeah worst McDonald’s

The worst service. Never get the order right in the drive through. I think when you say no cheese they put it on there to mess with you. Tonight 1÷17÷16 they gave us 2 quarter pounders with cheese we ordered them no cheese. We ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies they gave us 2 an order is 3. We go for convenience and they always do the same stuff. Then we call and they say come back and we will take care of it. We never do. On one occasion I did go back a week later and they lost my name how convenient.

Directed at the Latino boy in his late teens working the drive through on sat 11÷28÷15 1:50pm. This guy consistently bumbles orders in the drive through at a very high rate. Today I placed an order for a basic chicken nugget combination with a sugar free ice coffee. On the drive through screen, a southern chicken biscuit combo appeared instead of the chicken nugget combo that I had ordered. I corrected the kid taking the order that my order was incorrect on the screen and he said it didn’t matter what was on the screen and that I would get the nugget combination like I had requested. Once I arrived home and opened my bag of food, I was greeted by non other then a southern biscuit combo and a sugar filled ice coffee when I asked for sugar free. Seriously bro, I corrected you on your original error and you gave me your word that you would correct the problem and u still messed it up! This is probably the 4^th or 5^th time that this kid has messed up my order in the past 3 months. Fast food minimum wage pay raise Lmao, maybe for every other hard working employee at this location but not for this McDumbass. At this rate, you’d be lucky if Walmart hired you as a door greeter… But you’d probably mess that up too.

I’m not a big McDonald’s person; I probably only go a couple of times per year. The only reason I went in here today is my husband was hungry and I needed a place to change my baby’s diaper. I actually suggested McDonald’s because I was certain the bathroom would have a changing table. It doesn’t. Strike One!
This McDonald’s has a lot of design issues that don’t make sense. When you walk into the restaurant you have to walk through the line of cars for the drive though. There is no way around it. I had a stroller, and the handicap ramp is very narrow. Since you are also walking through a line of cars that is bumper to bumper it is not easy to use and I actually had to wait for the line of cars to move up to get through. Strike 2!
The inside of this McDonalds is decorated really well, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.
Also, if you are looking for a place to park your car in the shade and get high this parking lot seems to be a good choice.
Probably won’t be back!

The food is good but the service is HORRIBLE. 20 minutes in the drive thru at 2am is crazy! Unfortunately I work graveyard on Ventura so there’s not many options out here at that time but they need to speed up the service. I’ve seen many cars leave the drive thru AFTER ordering their food & not paying as they leave. I’m sure this is not good business for them with all that wasted food.

Listen people — we came here at 3:14 in the morning. We didn’t even get that much food, probably like a couple bags and it took 15 minutes. They say fast food… HAH! More like… Slow food!!! HAHAHAHAHAH but seriously this McDonald’s blows.

McDonalds even aware that they sponsor channel 5 KTLA? What kind of crap was that? BOYCOTT MC DONALDS!!!

I don’t know why I keep coming to this McDonald’s! It NEVER fails they always get something wrong or completely leave out items from your order. I usually only do breakfast here and the last time I came through the drive thru I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg and they left out the egg! Today I ordered the big hotcake breakfast and they left out the frieken hotcakes!!! I mean come on, really??? You leave out the hotcakes??? I guess that’s what I get for going to McDumbasses! Next time I’ll spend the same amount of money and go to Denny’s!

I don’t do McDonald’s, but this is the nicest one I’ve ever seen. Clean and spacious. Just wanna raised up the crappy rating a little.

I’ve been sitting behind one car for over 19 minutes. There’s one car ahead of me. It’s been there for 19 minutes. This is ridiculous. This is McDonald’s.

Literally the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. I’ve been here for almost 25 minutes waiting for two small nothing special combo meals. Not one special request! It is also really dirty. Ample parking though…

This McDonald’s is pretty old and run down. There is usually a pretty decent drive-​thru line, especially during lunchtime. I would prefer to do drive thru though because I dined once inside and I kinda regretted it. It was super run down, dated, and looked dirty. I had a hard time choosing a place to sit because I didn’t think any of the seating areas/​tables looked clean.
Cashiers are pretty friendly and helpful. And food is consistent as always.
