love it love it. they always carry my favorite CARAMEL!!! Clean, friendly staff. I always prefer to go to this location.

I had seen this particular store on the television show, «The Undercover Boss.» A staff member (Brian), who had been outside cleaning up, welcomed me to the store, opening the door for me. I can only imagine how a child would respond walking into the immaculate store, because even as an adult, I felt as though I walked into a dreamland.
First, I was offered a sample of one of their frozen yoghurt multilayered cakes. It was deliciously fresh and colorful. I plan to purchase one for a future family event. I appreciate that the price includes personalized decorations.
I chose to have a tart Apple flavor yoghurt, after learning the method they use to determine the price of what I was buying; I did not want any surprises. At my request, they showed me where I could weigh my «progress» in filling my cup, at a very accessible location.
I had purposely stayed away from this type of treat because in the past, I found the products were too sour (not even tart) and too high in calories. Also, it seemed that I would quickly get to a high price for my purchase quickly, and not be satisfied.
At Menchies, the yoghurt was so flavorful, that I did not need to have more than 4 oz. to feel that I had eaten a treat. I even took a brochure for the parties that they offer there since I think that it would a perfect place for a party for my two-​year-​old niece.
Looking to going there with my family members in the very near future.

This place is super clean and absolutely the BEST service I have ever gotten at ANY yogurt place! Definitely earned my business… plus I live down the street from them, which is fantastic!
Only downer is the parking. So park on the street at a meter so u can get in and out quicker.

Highly Recommended for Menchie’s birthday party program. Big thanks to Brian for hosting a very happy turning double digits Birthday Party for my daughter. Brian is super awesome and is very accommodating. Kids have a blast burthday party and go home with a very special treat bag. My daughter lov3 this birthday party so very much. Big thanks again to Brian.

Definitely prefer this better than yogurtland.

No HFCS is a plus. Not sure if froyo is much better for you or not but Menchies is def good for your tastebuds.
FROYO!!!

This place is so boring. The yogurt is tasteless mush that looks like something my cat threw up. The toppings are on the floor, and crumbs on the counter. Too many loud abnoxious teenagers around here. Too many bad little kids. The cake batter yogurt tasted like watery milk and sugar. This place is too expensive to serve people this slop. How can I have a smiley day when the product sucks?

Came today since I had a wicked hangover from last night. Was craving some froyo!
I had half dulce de leche and the other half mudslide, with some peanuts on top. Sat outside was a beautiful day! I had a massage in the same plaza, right before, which took the hangover right out of meI Both flavors were yummy, especially the mudslide. I rarely splurge, but when I do I like it to be worth it. Service is always friendly, and plenty of parking here.

I love this place. They have some of the best ice cream flavors and toppings compared to other DIY shops. This specific location always seems a bit busy, but the cashiers always seem to offer up a smiling face, and sample cups to try out the flavors before you choose what you want.

Thanks Derick (I believe that was his name) for the great customer service! After the original yogurt machine wasn’t freezing probably he kindly asked me to wait a couple minutes while it froze. I did, to find out the yogurt still didn’t freeze. I couldn’t wait, I was craving the yogurt. So I serve the soft not so frozen yogurt and put my toppings. When I was ready to pay Derick did not charge me. He was very attentive with the other customers as well. I sat outside to have my craving and minutes later he came out to ask how everything was.

I love this place. the yogurt tastes way better imo then pink berry or yogurt land. for the most part, the toppings are almost always fresh, just occasionally run into a pot of a day or two old strawberrys lol.

Disclaimer: I’m lactose intolerant and almost always quickly regret my trip to Menchies.
Everyone who works here is super friendly and there’s about 10 different flavors you can choose from. I’m a little picky though so I get bummed out when my favorite — the salted caramel– isn’t around. Doesn’t leave me with a lot of other choices thanks to my taste buds. They do consistently rotate the flavors so I’m only out of luck for short period of time.
My favorite part is all the toppings though. There are a lot of options and it gives me the chance to basically eat different types of dessert depending on the toppings I pick.

Love this place! We just moved to Encino and this is our new treat spot. The décor is nice and the outdoor seating with fire pit I s awesome. I enjoyed the selection as well. Staff was nice.

Love how everyone greets you in your way in with a smile. A coworker told me about here and I honestly threw out the window yogurt land lol rather come here lol

Customer service was terrible The employee Kat was rude to us. We will never return to this specific menchies frozen yogurt. I do not recommend anyone to this specific frozen yogurt. I wish the district manager was here so he can see himself. We purchased 1 large frozen yogurt and were yelled at because we got 2 samples! Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this menchies.

Always clean. The staff is courteous, up beat and always smiling. They take recommendations for favors. They don’t mind how much you sample. They are open late. Sun-​thurs open till 11:30pm and Friday till 12:30. Also the yogurt is never soft and semi melted like how yogurt land sometimes is.

Love this place. It is always fun to go here for froyo. Employees are very friendly and welcoming. Yogurt is NEVER low. Everything is very well clean and organize.

It’s alright … The place is nice and the flavor a are great just a bit much on the sweet side. I wish they showed their nutritional values with measuring cups as well as what 4oz or whatever they measured with is hehe … If I was a kid I would love love this tho …

Been taking the kids here for a while. There is always a new batch of flavors which makes it fun for the kids. The staff is very friendly and Menchie the mascot (not sure what he/​she is) comes out occasionally to greet the kids. Parking is easy, but getting out of the parking lot can be a real pain.

This is one of my favorite spots for frozen yogurt! I love how this place is always clean and they have cozy fire pits outside that keep you nice and warm.
They also have the little sample cups sitting out so you never have to ask for them (like you do at yogurtland).
** the best part is the fresh waffle cones they make here**
You can always ask them to make you a fresh one if they don’t have any out.
Another plus about this place is they change up the flavors more often than yogurtland. The cake batter flavor is the best! I love the toppings they have, especially the marshmallow topping nmmmmmm!
They also have water bowls outside for our four legged furry friends!
