Raffi Chalian, DDS

Dr. Chalian and his staff are awesome! I have been going to see him for 8+ years, he is caring, kind and gentle… My husband and my 2 young girls now go to him as well. my 3 year old adores him and is always repeating the advise he gives her… LOVE, LOVE this dentist and I will not visit any other dental office… oh yeah my boss and my assistant also go to him for dental work. Would highly recommend…

My previous reviews were for cleanings with Tyla which I still highly recommend. However, if you are getting any work done they will rob you blind if you don’t get prices out of them ahead of time.

I will never leave this place! It’s starts as you come in and Mrs. Sandie greets you! She knows your name before you even take a seat!
Than hopefully you are lucky enough to get an appointment with Tyla (this AMAZING hygentist!) Tyla will clean your teeth to perfection… (dam she is good)!!
. Dr. C and his ENTIRE staff are superb. You will not be sorry!
I can’t even tell when they start or finish.

Who loves the dentist? We do!

Could a guy who is so competent be gentle too? Dr. Chalian has a chairside manner that can melt away any fears. With his calm voice he thoroughly explains what he is going to do and offers up pro’s and con’s as well. I never feel pushed to do extra services so they can make a quick buck.
From the moment you are greeted Sandy at the front desk to being cleaned by Tyla the most thorough hygenist you could ask for— you will feel in great hands at this office. This team takes the scare out of dentistry.

It had been five years since I had seen a dentist, and I was terrified my HMO set me up with some Little Shop of Horrors Butcher.
I made my way up to his office, gripping my fiancée’s hand like I was about to die. We opened the door and instead of encountering a torture chamber i got a comfy office with tons of magazines and a really sweet and happy receptionist.
When it came time to meet the man himself I admitted that I had a terrible fear of the Dentist. Dr. Chalian promised he would do his best to help me get over it.
One root canal later and I love him to death. He doesn’t cut corners because I’m on an HMO. He’s warm and sensitive and he’s always aware of what I need to feel comfortable in the chair. The man is a dentistry genius.
He let me listen to my iPod while he did the root canal, and lets me take breaks when I need it. I have some cavities to fill, and I’m really not scared anymore. I was dreading going to the dentist, literally crying, but Dr. Chalian has changed all that.
Please try him out, especially if you were a wuss like me!

I have now had four fillings from Dr. Chalian and he continues to be funny, kind, sensitive and totally awesome! His staff are just as awesome and they care about each and every patient that walks through the door. I’m totally over my fear of the Dentist! Thanks Raffi!
