I needed a place to get my state inspection done, I went into AAA in Vestal and this is the only place they recommend. They were able to get me an appointment two days later and even provided a free shuttle service so I could get to my regularly scheduled routine. My inspection passed with flying colors, as I figured because I take pride in keeping my car in tip top shape. What impressed me is their honesty. They told me what great shape my car was in and didn’t try and hoodwink me into thinking I needed anything extra. Also as a bonus they have free coffee via a Keurig machine and it looked like free fruit. When I picked up my car they even included a free bag of microwave popcorn with a note that said«Thanks for poppin’ in»! If I need any repairs I am definitely bringing my car here.

Jon and his staff are true professionals. They’ve never once disappointed me. They treat you well, even offering a ride if you need to get somewhere. I’ll actually put off maintenance until I’m visiting Endicott to get it taken care of here. They’re especially good at diagnosing difficult problems like electrical issues in my old Volvo. They have a Roadforce tire balancing machine, which makes a real difference when installing new tires. If I still lived in the area, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I send my friends that are BU students and employees here too. They’ll do anything from oil changes to engine rebuilds. This is the only place to go for automotive repairs or maintenance if you’re in the area.

On average my family drove around forty minutes to have our vehicles worked on(one way), and never thought twice about it. It is because Jon treats you like a friend, is completely honest, and is an expert. With so many years in the region we have tried many places, and by far I would trust these guys more than even the dealerships to fix my vehicles. They are not cheap, but is any mechanic? Instead of sinking money into the land rover, he was the first person to ask if had been in a flood, and sure enough, he was right. I think most mechanics wold just stick one band aide after another on the problem instead of saying the problem is with the car and to get rid of it. After all, a problematic car means money for the auto shop right? Trust these guys! They are simply the best in the whole region.
