My husband and I love going to this restaurant when we are in Enfield, about 20 minutes from where we live. We are vegetarians and have a difficult time finding restaurants that have a variety of vegetarian options. There are plenty here — sandwiches, soups and salads. I was surprised to learn that I won a lunch for a group by putting my business card into a drawing. I have a small department, so had lunch brought in for the group. A variety of Panini’s along with chips and cookies. Everyone LOVED lunch! There were more than enough sandwiches which allowed for several folks to have seconds. The cookies were large and absolutely decadent. The Glastonbury location is the location that delivered the lunch since it was geographically closer to downtown Hartford where I work. They sandwiches were just as wonderful as the ones my husband and I enjoy in Enfield. If you’ve never tried this place, you should, you’re missing out on a very tasty meal.

Love this spot for lunch! Always on point, very consistent with the food. Service is quick and polite. I love the tomato veggie soup as a low cal option! Chicken Pesto is my sandwich of choice, but I’ve had others that are just as good.

Delicious, fresh, tons of options. Choose your size, ingredients, and then on to the panini press. Lots of seating, super clean, and friendly staff. They also have frequent buyer punch cards, a certain amount of visits gets you a free panini. Hot table makes subway look like amateur hour. Just remember, they’re closed Sunday’s!

Love love love. Always looks so fresh and delicious behind the counter. Especially like the bbq chicken, Santa Fe, and Cuban. Don’t forget to get a punch card.

If you’re looking for something a little different and love panni’s.you’ve come to the right place. It’s prepared right in front of you, similar to Chipotle style building. Seating is a bit limited, but you can always take your food to go. This place offers a reward card for drinks & food. So that’s an awesome perk to be a constant returning customer.

Bad copy of Panera bread with the addition of religious claptrap and randomly closed on Sunday for some reason. Religious phrases in latin on menus. I want to go to a restaurant to eat not hear about your particular brand of magic.

I love Hot Table. I think the food is a little overpriced, but I still come here because these guys know how to make a good panini. The steak & cheese panini is my fav — I definitely recommend. I wouldn’t get a salad here again, though, because watching them make it, I realized I could have gone to Stop & Shop and bought the ingredients to make it myself for cheaper. Good for paninis and soup, bad for salads. I haven’t tried any of the breakfast items but I would be willing to if it’s worth the money.

This place is great for a quick bite. Awesome for anyone with a gluten allergy. They have dedicated panini machines and knives. A little pricey for a panini but you are definitely full when you leave. The chicken pinnini’s are flavorful and the veggies are fresh. The four cheese chicken is my favorite. They put salami on a lot of their panninis which is different. Staff is so friendly & polite too!

Drove by there a few times curious, sign outside says Hot Panini, but went inside and built a steak and cheese Panini and my son had the Mac and Cheese and we were all happy! The chocolate Chip cookies are HUGE and were a great dessert. We will definitely return!

Just tried this for the first time this week, we got the steak and cheese large panini with a bag of chips and that was plenty to share for lunch with two big eaters. I can’t wait to try all of their other sandwiches and even the build your own option. Their desserts look amazing… And have to be tried– brown butter Rice cereal treat? Oreo brownie bar? Monster bar? Yes please and thank you lol!

As others have said, this is like Subway but for panini. You order at the counter, all the ingredients are visible in front of you, and then the panini presses are further down. The ingredients are very well presented and seemed fresh to me. I opted for the Southwest Chicken panini for lunch one day and the Fireball panini for breakfast. Both panini were tasty, but not mind blowing. I totally agree with some other reviews that say that you should eat these sandwiches in the restaurant. These are NOT mobile sandwiches. They’re WAY too messy to try to eat while driving(you’ll end up wearing most of it). My only other complaint about this place is that it can take quite awhile to get your sandwich. They seem to only have 2 – 3 panini presses and the sandwiches take a few minutes each so if there is a line, you might be waiting for awhile.

This place is soooo much better than expected. I ordered the southwest panini. It was soooooo good. I was about to eat the box. No joke. I added peppers, pickles, tomatoes instead of the salami. Just get it. Trust me soooooooo good

Nice to see an establishment not afraid to show their good values! Great food with gluten free options. Person making the sandwich was knowledgeable enough to offer to put the panini in tin foil before going on the grill so it wouldn’t touch the grill directly. Sandwich was great with what looked like local brands and ingredients. Will definitely be back BUT they really should serve breakfast later…

Went here for breakfast. Food was good, and the employees were friendly, but the service was incredibly slow and inefficient. It seems that their efficiency could be improved by having the sandwich makers help out with the coffee orders when they have downtime– or during the time that it takes for the paninis to cook. I want to like this place, but it shouldn’t take a half hour for me to get a panini and coffee.

Food here is just ok. In my opinion… $ 9 for a moderately filled wrap is raping and pillaging. Staff also practices the Subway style of putting toppings on sandwiches — one of this, a minuscule pinch of that; they are NOT generous with toppings. Do not come here for breakfast… Extremely unorganized and staff is horribly slow… 20 minutes later you might have your sandwich. Skip this one.

Stopped in on the way back from Northampton, MA this is my sisters favorite go-to place after her sports practices. She’ll tell you it’s scores better than Panera, but I think otherwise! Hot Table is similar to Subway for paninis. They have great pre-written menu, with your choice of toppings, or you can build your own. I like their selection of cheeses, and the venue space is nice and clean but getting a hot sandwich to go here is a bad idea. I would suggest eating inside! My sister wolfed hers down in the car on the way home, and by the time we got there mine was soggy and slid apart! Not the best sandwich but it was still tasty. Chicken pesto & the chipotle cheesesteak seemed to be the popular choices. You are able to get a «frequent flier» card and have it punched by the cashier. I believe it’s buy 6 get one free? Another perk was the raspberry lemonade — yum.

The Subway model of food preparation is really spreading out. You can go Subway style Mexican(Chipotle or Moe’s), or Subway style Korean(Pick and Mix), and now Subway style paninis where you move down the ordering line, have your panini built to your specs, and watch it grilled before your eyes. I ran up to Enfield during lunch today to photograph the town’s historical marker, and I consulted Unilocal for a lunch spot — Hot Table popped up. I hadn’t been there before, or for that matter, I had never heard of it before. The main portion of the space is a long rectangle, with a row of high boy tables and a parallel row of conventional tables. The long ordering counter has customers start at one end of the line, consult the many menu boards on the wall, then select either a standard panini from their many choices or you can custom craft one to your own liking. The sandwiches come in 3 sizes, I orderd a small Chicken Cuban. I had a choice of bread, either a round kaiser-like roll or a square(thinner) ciabatta. I shaved some calories by choosing the ciabatta and skipping the mayo. My sandwich came with roasted chicken, shaved ham, spicy mustard, swiss cheese, and pickles. I asked them to add some fresh jalapenos and that was no issue. As you slide down the ordering line, you get passed from a bread set-up person, to a sandwich assembly person to the grill guy who pops your creation on the panini press. I added a cup of mushroom soup which the grill guy also took care off. My lunch was about nine and a half bucks. The sandwich was great, and the«small» was very satisfying. Nice grilled roll, plenty of chicken, a little ham, good mustard, cheese, pickles and great jalapenos. It was really a good sandwich. The soup did not impress. The only good thing I could say was that it was piping hot. But it was weak, thin, watery, missing a lot of taste. Truth be told, the mushroom soup I get from Aramark at my company cafeteria buried this one by a lot. So all in all, I liked Hot Table and their originality. I’ll skip the soup next time.

My college friend in Springfield and I went out for lunch last week. When deciding on a place, she mentioned Hot Table because all of her teacher friends love it. Once I went on Unilocal and saw the deal(and the wonderful reviews), I told her we were going and I was glad we did. For $ 6, the Unilocal deal got you a $ 12 voucher. Both of us purchased one. It was perfect because it paid for a small panini and salad combo and a while chocolate iced coffee. Hot Table is not cheap so it would be very foolish NOT to buy a Unilocal deal. I was going to get the Sundried Tomato Chicken, but when I saw another customer’s steak panini being made front of me, I had to change to a Black & Blue steak panini and got a Mediterranean side salad. The steak shavings were juicy, tender, and lean. My friend enjoyed her Swiss Steak Mushroom melt and Greek salad. What was wonderful about Hot Table was they were able to make whatever you wanted. All the ingredients were fresh and everything was assembled in front of you. I believed I even saw kale! :) I got a salad because I wanted to be sensible. If I had to do it again, I would get a large panini because it was that good. Get there early. My friend and I got there at 11:30 a.m. and by noon, there was a big line. If I lived in Enfield, I would go here over Panera Bread. And the people working there were very pleasant.

I lived in Enfield for about a year after this place was built and never stopped by. Boy do I wish I did! My fiancé and I stopped by Enfield to take care of some business and decided to have dinner at hot table. There was a private lot with plenty of parking which is always a plus. We walked in and it was set up kind of like a panera bread with lots of tables and an area that had a fire place and some comfy chairs. There was a board with tons of panini choices listed. There is also a make your own option. I ordered the Chicken pesto panini and Lobster bisque. I watched as my panini was prepared and pressed then served to me hot off the grill. I took my first bite into my panini and it was love at first bite! Soooooo delicious that I didn’t want it to end. The lobster bisque was good too. No huge chunks of lobster or anything, but this is a panini joint in enfield not baltimore harbor so it was great for what it was: well seasoned, creamy bisque. I somehow controlled myself enough to save half of my sandwich for lunch the next day. I ordered another small bisque and recreated my delicious experience again the next day for lunch. All in all a great experience: plenty of parking, nice clean restaurant, friendly staff, delicious paninis, good soup, great portions, good price. I sure hope they expand to Hartford, so I can go more often!
