Love Panera anywhere! I know I can always get a healthy option here for me and my daughter. That’s saying a lot for this area, which is lacking in good, healthy, food options in a restaurant setting. I find everyone friendly and always willing to accommodate. I also like there are cozier spots with outlets, albeit few spots. It’s a warmer place to study than a Starbucks. But other students are noticing as well. Bathrooms are clean and the noise level isn’t as echo like as in Starbucks. Unfortunately, they close a little earlier than Starbucks. And although not a criticism, it’s interesting that mornings here look like a nursing home convention. Lol! But later, you end up seeing just as many kids!

Came here for a quick lunch, since Matthew had never been. I had the pick 2 combo – bistro french onion soup with a half steak and white cheddar panini. Soup was pretty good – I feel like french onion soup is very hit or miss, but this is a good one. My half panini was also very tasty. Matthew had the broccoli cheese soup and the turkey avocado BLT sandwich. We both didn’t realize that it was a sandwich and not a panini, so that was slightly disappointing. He really liked the soup and would definitely get that again. As seems to be usual, service at Panera can be hectic the tables were a mess, and the prices are a bit high but it was a decent lunch. I would return, next time maybe for breakfast.

I was extremely disappointed! I couldn’t even find the chicken in my chicken flatbread. I spent $ 35 for a total of 3oz of chicken distributed between 2 sandwiches a bowl of soup and some chicken tortellini Alfredo that had deli turkey on top of it instead of chicken! What a joke, I can’t believe people pay top dollar for slop! I feel stupid for wasting my hard earned money there and will NEVERDOITAGAIN! BLAH!

Its a standard Panera, what did you expect? Their standard nationwide menu is on their website. Freshly baked bread u can buy by the loaf, lots of healthy fresh salads n sandwiches, soups too. Decent coffee. Free wifi. Walking distance to Target. As panera’s go, very clean, has a few outdoor tables, nice staff. One of the few healthy yummy options in the area

Not that big of a fan of this particular panera. Some employee are very rude and give dirty looks. I got attitude from one employee when I asked if they could refill the ice coffee machine she then snickered to another employee about it. Disappointing and unprofessional

I ordered a tuna sandwich. There was barely any tuna in it. Quality control is seriously lagging if you can’t make a tuna sandwich.

I recently moved back to Massachusetts and live very close to Enfield. Its always nice to see chain’s that you recognize. I don’t really like going to this location, not because it’s a bad location. But the actually location of being in the Enfield Mall is really bad. Even their take our parking is a far distance from Panera. So if you just want to get something quickly, it still takes a bit of time. The staff is great! I was sick and wanted some chicken noodle soup. There is something about Panera’s chicken noodle soup that makes me feel better. I asked them to heat it up, then I would be able to have hot soup at my house. They did exactly what I asked. I was very thankful!

If it wasn’t for the lack of seating and constant line to order I would give Panera 4 stars. They are always consistent and the portion sizes are right on for what you pay. Great place to stop in for a bte with or without kids morning, noon or night!

The service during the lunch rush was exceptional, both the food service as well as the representatives in front impressed me greatly. Specifically a young lady named Lilah, she handled a customer complaint before my very eyes with grace and didn’t let the customer leave until she was completely satisfied. Even for a chain restaurant, I’m greatly impressed. Typically you get college students who don’t care at all about the customers experience. In this case, Lilah was more than helpful. I enjoyed the process of putting in my order, and, even as I waited she continued to impress me. She handled multiple customers at once, without getting tripped up or flustered. Clearly she has her eye on the ball. With employees such as this, this panera will be my destination of choice when I’m in the area.

Ahhhh… that time as a Bay Path student in the early 2000s when this girl from the boonies was in awe of a place as cool as Panera. The sandwiches! The soups! The baguettes! It was like the coolest place to get food EVER! This particular Panera, honestly once a prominent staple in my college diet, is a shadow of its former self. I remember how it used to be bustling. Upon arrival one afternoon when I was in the area, I decided to get a quick bite there for ol’ times sake. The place was empty, almost creepily so. It’s not as homey as I remember it once being, almost a little sterile. The service was friendly and quick, but I felt the quality of the food overall has gone down. The French Onion soup used to be a succulent and cheese-covered delight; now it’s a brown slushy salty stew with a few sprinkles of parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. I almost could not finish it, but at almost $ 6 for a bowl, I did. At least the baguettes are still as good and velvety as they used to be. It was good for a quick bite to tide me over, but… I think I’d be content not going there again. At least I’ll have my memories…*sigh*…

I’m a huge fan of Panara. I often go in for bagels and buy a dozen at a time. One of my favorite items is the breakfast sandwich. This is a great place to take kids. My children love going and getting a treat. Their salads are impressive. The sandwiches are amazing. It’s a consistent experience from restaurant to restaurant.

This review made me wish for half stars. I would have given Panera 3 ½ stars if possible. Anyways, this is one of my regular lunch spots given that they serve up good quality, delicious salads, soups and paninis any time. Panera is a welcome addition in the fast food, chain restaurant filled town of Enfield. Price point is slightly higher but is quite worth it for the higher quality of food they serve. This particular location is inside the Enfield shopping mall. It is crowded during lunch on most days. The customer service can range from rushed to outstanding depending on who is taking your order. My go to meal here is their salads, pasta or pick 2 with pasta and salad. I find the pasta dishes rich, flavorful and comforting. The portion size of the pasta runs small but it is perfect if you are counting your calories. The salads are always fresh and bursting with flavor. This location is a good choice for fast service and quick delicious food. Thu

Sad sandwiches and canned soup. The sandwich I had came with one piece of meat, not too filling… soup was ok and bread was carb overload as an unneeded side(apples aren’t good and chips have like 5 in one bag). I’d go down the road to Hot Table any time over Panera.

I like Panera because it’s relatively quick, the menu choices are good with variety, and they are incredibly consistent across their chain. I’ve eaten at this one in Enfield a handful of times and it’s par for the course. The steak salad is probably my favorite go to menu item, although I always check if they have something new. They had a new Thai salad but when we went to order they were out.

Panera Bread is a favorite food chain of mine. It’s tasty, it’s fast, and it’s good for you, what more do you want. The one in Enfeild, CT is generally very well run. Only now and again will we have slow service that’s not obviously because it’s very crowded.

$ 8.49 for a Turkey and Avocado plus BLT sandwich. The bread was very fresh and SOFT! It also comes with chips, baguette, or apple with a pickle spear. My only complaint is that one side of the sandwich had two bites(not big bites, regular size) of turkey, then there was no more on that side. This location was very busy during lunch, but there wasn’t much of a wait at the counter to order and we had the selection of one of two open tables. We picked the one away from the crying kids. It took about 10 to 15 minutes for our name to be called to pick up our food. I haven’t eaten at Panera all that often since first eating at a location in New Jersey about 10 years ago, but this experience will bring me back to the restaurant. It’s slightly more expensive than Corner Bakery(which I like a lot), but they do seem to use fresh, quality ingredients so that is a plus. Please see my pictures! Xie Xie!

i really wanted to go to olive garden but we forgot to make our reservations a week in advance, so we ended up at panera bread. i had a grilled cheese sandwich and a coffee and somehow it cost $ 10. that’s more than i have paid for super fancy nyc grilled cheese sandwiches and the panera version was far from delicious. stick with coffee here.

the employees are bored and apathetic… the prices seem way too high for what you get… yet the food quality always seems very good and for the most part pretty darn healthy. if you like«little old lady» portions… served by mostly«sleepwalking» employees in a nice atmosphere… than Panera bread is for you. had a asiago bagel sandwich today for breakfast which was delicious… wife had some kind of yogurt parfait and a scone. I had OJ. she had a coffee and we got two bagels«to go». over $ 18!!! Panera appears to know their target audience and thats who they appeal to I guess. The wi-fi crowd seems to love it. their frequent diner club points card appears to provide minimal perks.

This is definitelty the most happening spot in Enfield Square Mall! Always super clean, the staff is extra nice, and being a Panera card member gets you lots fo free food and drink. Sitting by the(real) fireplace with a low-fat strawberry smoothie and a french toast bagel-who could ask for more?!

Panera is one of my go to lunch /dinner spots while traveling. Today was super fast service with my pick 2 meal ready before I even got my drink filled. Nice. This particular Panera is connected to the mall so there were a few too many teens hanging out during my visit. Only other semi-complaint is… bring back the old Panera club card.
