My fiancé ordered from Safflowers to have flowers delivered to my work(I work in West Lebanon) on Valentine’s Day last month. The flowers were cute and smelled wonderful, and, of course, I was really surprised. Whenever I got home, however, I found out my fiancé had also ordered chocolates along with flowers, which I never received! He called the next business day, but they were closed for some reason(out of flowers after Valentine’s, maybe?) He left a message and called one other time, and we never heard anything. We both work and don’t have time to stop by during business hours, so we just said forget it. My fiancé had also requested certain flowers(to match our wedding colors that we had just decided on earlier that week). He said the girl who took his order over the phone argued that those colors weren’t Valentine’s day colors, and there had to be pink.(Our colors are bosc and red pear tones, so deep reds and golden browns for an autumn wedding.) The arrangement was mostly pink and white with random green flowers. There were reds too. I wish the girl taking the order would have listened to what he was asking for, and not insisted that the arrangement be a certain way. It’s for that reason, and the missing chocolate, that I’m giving these guys 2 stars. If we ever do use them again, maybe they can redeem themselves.

We had to do our wedding on a very tight budget and, due to a family illness, a very short timeline. The proprietor was more than willing to work within our budget and didn’t try to upsell us into things that we couldn’t afford. Our flowers were perfect.
