Wish I read the Unilocal reviews to see what I was in for. That way I could have kept expectations lower. The Enfield Verizon has bounced around from plaza to plaza, but I first went to this one on Hazard Ave a few months ago to upgrade my phone. The customer service was fine, nothing special. I usually buy my iphone accessories on Amazon, but the rep had really good things to say about a certain screen protector/shield so I bought it. Keep in mind that I have owned a smart phone for almost 10 years and have never had to actually replace a screen protector… until yesterday… About 1 month into owning my phone the screen protector cracked. I have no idea what the inciting event was. I was out to dinner, looked at my phone, and noticed several cracks in the shield. I went to this place yesterday to replace it, and one of the reps replaced it. I didn’t have to wait too long, but the man who helped me wasn’t particularly nice. The replacement shield cost $ 35 and I left… … However, by that same night, I noticed THIS screen protector had also been damaged along the edge. It couldn’t have been on my phone for more than 5 hours. I went back the following day and immediately when I walked in I saw the same rep who sold me the one yesterday. He didn’t smile or acknowledge my presence, I basically explained the situation to him. He was immediately skeptical, looked at me over his glasses and basically just asked me what I did to cause this. I tried to explain it wasn’t my fault. He seemed extremely annoyed at me inconveniencing him with my problem. In the off chance he’s just super socially awkward I won’t print his name, but suffice it to say he wasn’t nice about it, not apologetic, and did not acknowledge that there’s a possibility the product is just crap. He did replace my protector with a completely different brand and I got to use store credit for the terrible one I bought the day before. I’m giving this place one extra star because one employee, Nigel, was actually very nice, courteous, and helpful. So if you have to go to this Verizon store, basically just ask to have him. I would take a drive to one further away to avoid the rest of the customer service reps.

very rude, came in with some problems with my phone after talking to their chat service online… completely said the opposite of eachother. the rep at the store didn’t even look at my phone or try to find any solutions just said my phone wasn’t under warranty and that it wasn’t his problem I should go to apple. your telling me that my phone overheating when it’s charging, or losing battery instantly when I unplug it isn’t your problem? very unimpressed with this sales rep. would not go back to this store, I’ll drive the extra time to go to manchester to get respect.
