If I could give this place a Zero star I would. Worst experience I’ve had shopping in a long time. I went there in the market for a television not knowing much about electronics so was assuming a salesman would come over and assist with my purchase — that wasn’t the case though. Everyone was to busy chatting away at the front of the door no one even bothered to come assist. Last time I will step foot in that building.

Went here for the first time to buy a television. The store is clean and well organized, but the salesman was obnoxiously pushy and kept trying to shove things in our hands. I ended up buying the T.V. there as the price was better than any competitor, including the Costco next door, but they seriously need to train their people on how to deal with customers. I’ll buy a lot more if I don’t feel like some jerk is trying to take advantage of me.

We came here because we were in need of a printer, just something simple… It took awhile of just standing there and attempting to wave people down before we were able to get service. Hmmm… maybe they weren’t in the mood to help? Well, my husband was finally able to flag someone down and informed him that he was interested in the display model that they had on the floor. It was a really good deal. The salesman simply stated that he could not sell it due to them not having the starter ink kit for it. My husband questioned why it was marked with a price if that was the case, and showed his displeasure in the false advertisement. Well, the guy left and spoke to his manager about it and gave us an upgraded version of the printer with a discount. Awesome! I was stoked about the deal. We do plan on doing some kitchen renovations next year, so I was checking out the fridges and I was immediately greeted and the salesman showed me their new chef model. Very strange, why are you so eager to help now? It probably would have been a two star for me, but the discount that we received will bump my rating to a three star. Will I come again? Maybe. I just thought people would be more friendly, since it’s the holidays, you would think they would be pushing sales… Oh, well.

I wanted to buy my parents a new television for their anniversary. A friend recommended this particular store. I’m not well-versed in TVs and wanted to ensure I was getting a decent model. I was helped right away, found the right one and was given a fair price. The staff was very helpful. Both the store manager who knew so much and found the best deal, and the gentleman who helped carry it and place it safely in my truck, were friendly and professional. A refreshing shopping experience.

I had a great experience at the Enfield store. we had just purchased a new house and needed a lot of things, washer and dryer, television, new grill and accessories. After doing my homework and knowing the prices of everything I was looking at; the two gentlemen at the Enfield store price matched. They gave me a killer deal on a 10 year warranty which is unheard of in the industry. They also made sure I had all the components that I needed so I could install certain things myself that I had planned on. My salesman’s name was Lee A and his manager was Bryan G. Lee knew exactly what he was talking about very smart when it came to what that store sells and great customer service skills. Bryan was called over when the deal is being finalized to oversee everything and make sure that I was completely satisfied. So far my experience has been outstanding I’m hoping that when I take delivery on everything it will be just as great! I see that some people complain about waiting at the store to get a sales associate, but that should be a sign of a great place to buy from. They’re busy because they sell great stuff at a great price. If you walk into a store and there’s no customers inside wouldn’t you question it? Same thing at a restaurant if you walked in and the place is empty you would assume the food was terrible or something right? Trust me when I tell you you will not be disappointed!

I manage apartments and this requires me to purchase replacement appliances on a regular basis. PC Richards has no respect for the customer. I have been waiting all day for a call to give me a time frame for delivery. I have callled the store and no one can give me an answer. They just are air heads they are clueless. Is there no manager. This could be answered with a simple call but its just to difficult for them. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an appliance company. Frankly there is not one positive thing I could say about this company.

I worked with Megan at the store when purchasing appliances for a new home last summer. I purchased a refrigerator, washer, and dryer. She helped me zero in on exactly what I needed, and the sale prices were incredible! She was patient with me and asked lots of questions to make sure I got what fit my needs. Megan found a Frigidaire stainless steel refrigerator that was a perfect match to the other Frigidaire stainless appliances already installed at the house. We live out in the country with a short(but inconvenient) drive to the nearest grocery store, so she helped me pick out the right amount of space. It has worked to be a perfect fit! She also helped me find an LG washer/dryer pair that works great and looks super snazzy. Megan went through all of the options in our budget and ultimately directed me to the right high efficiency washer — a Godsend for us, living on well water and septic. She was honest and patient about my options, and I didn’t feel pressured or hassled in the least. I had to make a return trip to the store to amend the order, and Megan was there and prepared for the time we set up for my return. She had me in and out in a flash. Her and the team were fantastic about getting the delivery set up quickly. Delivery and install went off beautifully, and I’m still loving the appliances a year later with no issues! Everything is working great, and Megan was very thorough about going through the warranties with me as well. I feel confident that if I ever had any problems, I’d be able to address them. Megan was such a pleasure to work with, and she’s very knowledgeable! I’d recommend her to anyone.
