I’ve been a long time customer at Mona’s cosmetics since she first opened at her other location in Englewood Cliffs and continue to go there since the customer service and product offerings are excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I always get good recommendations on good skin care products and the skin lines carried at Mona’s are excellent. Don’t go here! They have AWFUL customer service, it’s in a bad location and hard to find parking. Some of the brands are good, but not great. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Ive been a loyal customer since 1996. I always go to Mona’s to purchase my luxury brand skincare products and makeup. The specialists always make honest recommendations and are generous with samples. I rarely leave with just one product, and i always come back for more samples, recommendations and just to hang out. They provide a very dedicated and personalized beauty consultation and they’re not just trying to push product on you but they make customized recommendations that are based on your needs. I have been to Barney’s, and Bloomies and Neiman Marcus and you name it, but I have rarely received the level of professional treatment and service as I get at Mona’s. They know you by name and it’s a very intimate environment to discuss your deepest, darkest beauty and makeup concerns. I would highly recommend Mona’s. Don’t waste your time at the big department stores where they’ll just push product on you so that they can make their quota. Mona’s cares.
