Owner of Britannia Brite, Ricky Price, is a good man, a hard-​working man, a man who stands by his word and will fix issues with expertise and knowledge. He’s been in the business for most of his life and he knows what needs to be done in any situation. Ricky will go out of his way to make the customer happy. Not many companies do and we’ve been taken advantage of in the past: too many times by others. With Britannia Brite however, we weren’t taken advantage of at all. Ricky was with us from the beginning. Due to a flooding situation: we were in crisis. He was prompt, responsible, reasonable, and utterly trust-​worthy. In sum, we’re very grateful to have had his services and expertise. His integrity speaks volumes — more so than other carpeting companies — which has left us with nothing but bitterness. A lot of bitterness (I might add) from other companies who would not stand by their word. Ricky is a fixer and you will not be disappointed. As I originally mentioned, he’s a good man and runs his company ethically, fairly, and with the customer in mind. Yes, he deserves 5 stars. He’s EARNED 5 stars — hands down.

Ricky did a great job stretching the carpet in a couple of rooms in my condo. He was informative and very professional. His services include steam cleaning so next time I need someone for cleaning, Ricky is the person I’m calling! I would recommend Britannia Brite to anyone needing carpet service.

We were in need of carpet stretching in 4 bedrooms of our home and this company did an excellent job! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and the results were perfect at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family (and have!).
