WORST service EVER! They’re having trouble getting good English speaking people to work here.

BESTPIZZA I HAVEEVERHAD. Need I say more. Gourmet, real slices of mozzarella cheese, and the best homemade sauce. Their salads are super fresh and dressings and homemade. I so look forward to eating in or out when I’m in town. I LOVEYOUCASSIES!

Great portion and price, decent food but the service can be better. Staffs were very unattentive the entire time.

Cassie’s pizza is out of this world! The sauce and cheese and crust is divine! We also love the chicken parm and the salads are great.

Mix feelings about the place… another etablishment where i’d love to give 3 ½ stars instead of 4. Few of us were craving pasta so we went for a quick lunch. It was convenient that there is a municipal parking right around the corner. $.50 per hr. pretty cheap if you can’t find street parking. We were sat down pretty quickly but no one seemed too friendly or attentive. Waitress came by in few minutes asking to take the drink order. She def was giving us the look ‘only 2 drinks?’ then stood for a min before walking away. We ordered linguine with white calm sauce, baked lasagna and grandma’s spaghetti and meatballs. I must say, portions were very generous! Pastas were cooked to slightly less than perfect. Nothing special but not bad at all. Lasagna had a hint of cumin which made it tasty. But if i had to choose btw them all, linguine was def the best of all three. The atmosphere was business casual for lunch and venue is spacious. There is a bar in the foyer area with additional seating.

I wish I could give this place 2.5 stars. food is always good, somewhat overpriced but ultimately, on-par with the area. I have eaten there many times and have never had any issue with the food. it’s the staff. UGH they are SO miserable and rude and clipped. I grimace before placing a to-go order or pick-up order, they treat paying customers like telemarketers or solicitors. I get it’s busy, I don’t need a ton of fanfare, but there is a difference between being busy/efficient and rude. Cassie’s employees do not seem to know that.

The pizza always has black burns just taste extremely bland. Salads however are phenomenal. Calamari was pretty good. But my pizza has just consistently been bad and it’s pretty expensive. Also ordered a brownie sundae and the brownie was literally rock hard. Unedible

Very solid gourmet pies that are pretty innovative and unique. The salad pizzas are great — plenty of arugula greens and a light olive oil based dressing for those of us who are lactose sensitive, all on a thin, slightly crispy crust. The traditional Margherita pies are also very solid — fresh sliced mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes on a light crust — but I LOVE the veggie pizza — plenty of roasted broccoli, peppers, and mushrooms on the same classic crust with real San Marzano tomatoes. Stick with the gourmet pies and you will not be disappointed. The regular cheese pizzas looked okay but paled in comparison to the specialty versions. The pear salad is also fantastic with fresh arugula, pears, blue cheese, cranberries, and walnuts. Overall, a great pizza delivery option, especially for a group. There is something for everyone!

My Wife and I have been going there for years and never been disappointed. The pizza is outstanding, thin crust done right with San Marzano tomatoes and homemade mozzarella with fresh basil. The pasta dishes are numerous and every one is substantial, the individual is easily enough for two. The shrimp marinara is served with the freshest jumbo shrimp and just ask for it fra diavolo and you will be pleased. The appetizer of homemade meatballs with ricotta is tasty and large and the baked clams appetizer is superb. The wine list by the bottle is very reasonable and the wines by the glass are great California wines from a famous vineyard. Cassies is big party friendly and kid friendly as well. The large number of regular patrons confirms it is a great place.

Big portions, food was good. Hot & tasty. Service — eh! Was a kid and lacking experience. Raw veggies on the pizza — should have been cooked longer.

My boyfriends family took me out for my birthday dinner at Cassie’s. I was expecting a regular pizza parlor– but Cassie’s is MUCH more than that! Cassie’s has a full dining area, full bar, and delivery! The menu is perfect size, they have everything from sandwiches, salads, individual & family size pizzas, and dinner entrees including chicken and eggplant Parmesan. I got the pear salad and my BF& I split an «individual» eggplant & broccoli pizza. Holy moly everything was SOOOGOOD! The pizza was delicious, and pretty big to share between the two of us. You could easily split the individual size pizza between two or three people. The pizza is baked perfectly, so crunchy and tasty! I loved ittt. I 100% recommended the broccoli and eggplant pizza, and the pear salad was easily the best salad I’ve had at a pizzeria. Fresh arugula, pears, crumbled blue cheese, cranberries & walnuts. The service is great too. Cassie’s is great for a dinner date OR a family dinner! I will definitely be back!

The food is all right, definitely expensive for what you’re getting-it’s not like Camille’s on the UWS where you understand why you’re paying so much but the major issue I have with them-everyone is in a bad mood when you call in for a delivery. Everyone. I’ve actually heard the person who pick up the phone complain about the number of people calling-this can’t be life. A business complaining because they’re getting business? The teenage girl who picks up is constantly in a salty mood, I hate ordering from her. What you can guarantee ordering Cassie’s: –The food will arrive hot in a timely fashion –The girl picking up the phone to take the order will be a big bag of salt

After hearing about Cassies for about 15 years, I finally went. Not. At. All. Impressed. First of all, being on Dean Street… in Englewood, NJ… I expected it to be somewhat classy. At least a little bit. Especially after checking out the menu prices online. Craving pasta(GOOD authentic pasta), I decided upon Cassies and invited my mom to dinner. We arrived and I was immediately UNimpressed. It’s basically a pizza parlor; can’t even call it fancy, but it IS high-priced. The bread arrived and was flung across the table at us. No exaggeration. Plain white bread. Blah. We ordered our meals, rigatoni in zesty meat sauce for me and lobster ravioli for mom. She asked for a sprite and I asked for water with LOTS of lemon. Drinks arrived a short while later, in plastic red coca cola tumblers. The kind they have a the corner pizza place. My water featured one lemon wedge. I reminded Dude Waiter that I wanted A LOT of lemon. Suddenly he remembered and apologized. No prob Bob. Minutes later(like 6, which was nice, though unexpected) the food arrived. Situated before me was a huge bowl-plate of rigatoni and meat sauce. HUGE, I tell ya. I was hungry so not at all mad. Lol Until, I took my first bite, that is. Quite frankly, I feel like somebody opened up a BJs/Costco-sized can of Chef Boyardee on a plate, nuked it for 5 minutes, and then served it. And I was PISSED! But, again, hungry like the wolf, so I ate it. Well, more like ¼ of it, then went back to the nondescript bread. And my glass of heavily-lemoned water. Thank goodness for that water. Thanks, but no thanks, Cassies. 2 stars for the service provided by hostess and table server.

Not from the area. Found on Unilocal close to hotel. Let me say, wow what great pizza. Did a typical Midwest topping with pepperoni, sausage, onions, black olives and do on. Absolutely perfect. Cooked in brick oven, crispy. Again wow. I noticed some family size salads coming out that looked great. I’m not a judge of New York Style Pizza but from what I know this filled the bill. Folded nicely, crispy bottom. Overall a great experience. I’m coming back.

Cassie’s Pizzeria is by far my favorite restaurant in Downtown Englewood. It is great for the entire Family. Cassie’s is your classic Italian restaurant with a wide variety of options. The ambiance is superb with an open kitchen to view the brick oven pizza, to the murals on the wall, or even just sitting at one of the booths looking at the hardwood architecture. Cassie’s is known for its pizza and it sure is up to par. Their Margherita pizza is the excellent and it even tastes good after delivery(they Deliver!). They have a wide selection of toppings as well. If you think that all they have is pizza then you are in for a pleasant surprise. They have food for anyone in the family including chicken parmesan, Calamari, Pasta and so much more. They have a wide selection of classical Italian food and desserts. All in all, I highly recommend this outstanding restaurant. Their food is great and at a very reasonable price. This restaurant is great for the whole family.

I don’t usually eat pizza, but when I do, it’s the ginormous pies from Cassie’s. First, if I’m going to be eating pizza and feeling guilty, I might as well as have the best. Cassie’s, with their Beverly Hills Pizza(greens with balsamic vinaigrette) and BBQ Chicken — both of which I’d highly recommend — offers some of the best slices on this side of the Hudson river. Their portions are huge, with a large pizza able to easily fill up a family of four. If you’re there with friends, I’d definitely recommend splitting a large between 2 people(don’t worry, you will be guaranteed leftovers, unless you’re extremely, extremely hungry or you’re The Rock). The pizza is decadent, without taking away the fundamentals of what a pizza should be: crispy crust, satisfying crunch, juicy, melted cheese and zesty tomato sauce. They also have an amazing pear salad that plays the part of the light appetizer to perfection. Finally, Cassie’s has some great service. While our waiter was pretty good, the real star was the manager, Rebecca. Rebecca made sure everything was to our liking, and constantly checked in with us to make sure we were doing ok. Great food and service nets this place a well-deserved 5 :)

Portions here are huge! An individual serving can feed 2, while the family size can feed the entire table. I’ve been here twice and ordered the 1) Chicken Parmesan 2) Penne with Chicken & Arugula and the 3) Pear Salad. All of the food here was delicious and I would definitely recommend. Cassie’s Pizzeria is an excellent Italian restaurant for groups and families. A warm environment, with lots of seats and tables. The restaurant is a bit loud inside as you can hear all of the groups and families. A great place for a casual night out with friends and family.
