Del Taco

I don’t usually review fast food chain restaurants, but this Del Taco deserves to be recognized. With good, cheap food that isn’t covered in nasty grease and super friendly service, they absolutely deserve a shout out!
I’m not going lie, I’m usually hungover when I go to Del Taco. After pushing through a long, grueling day of work, all I want is comfort food. Grilled chicken soft tacos. Yeah, let that sink in. Those babies are so good, I could eat many. Too many… Thursdays they are 3 for 2.29, score!!!
I have never waited too long either. Service is always great and they are so friendly! I always make a point to have a conversation with whoever is helping me. So what if its fast food? It is delicious and I will be back soon.

Kudos to Robert at Del Taco. It’s all about pleasing people and you are lucky to have a friendly and courteous gentleman like Robert.
He keeps me coming to his store. He should be promoted.

Came in for lunch. Won’t be back. Inside was clean service was prompt but food left Something g to be desired was left wondering where is there a Table of Bell around here?
We’ve been to the location at Northfield where our meal was much more enjoyable.
Take your chances I guess we visited at 1230 on a Friday afternoon and not much lobby traffic but drive thru was consistent.

0 stars for the food, 2 stars for the friendly service. I know that it’s a fast food place but the food here is just plain BAD! I had 2 grilled chicken tacos and a combo burrito. First bite of the chicken taco and I had a mouthful of chicken cartilage. I couldn’t chew it, it was disgusting. Spit that out and took a second bite. Same disgusting thing. I picked out the chunks of so called chicken and ate the flour tortillas. The burrito was almost as bad. No cartilage but just a gooey mess of tasteless bean paste and some type of ground meat. No flavor just a bitter taste. Taco Bell isn’t the greatest but it’s a hundred times better then this. I won’t be back.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 min, the guy at the window didn’t even look at me. Asked for salsa and got 1 packet. I ordered 4 items… very disappointed.

I work in the day food industry myself so it’s hard to comprehend why this business continues to let there night crew day they can’t make something just because they are being lazy.
I’ve gone to this location going on 6 years and recently the night crew will tell me they no longer make what I’m ordering, however I can get it any other time. Will stop going for late night if you are going to let your staff refuse to com what’s right on menu board.

It’s ok. I mainly come here to get a strawberry lemonade. The taste of the food is so so I think taco bells food taste better but they do have a interesting selection so I might just come back to try something different every time I order my strawberry lemonade. They are open 24hrs and also serve full menu at all hours so that’s a plus.

Give it credit for what it is… And for that it’s good!

Chicken tacos are good. Don’t order a hamburger.

Not vegetarian friendly. Ordered a Veggie Works Burrito, held promise, but ended very dry. Chocolate shake was good!

I’ve been a fan of this place for years. Granted I’m from So Cal, and not all the mexican food there is covered with green chilies.

Drive thru is pretty good.
Location is central to Broadway — which works when i head to the car dealer for service!
Breakfast burrito — mmmm! 79 cents of goodness!
