Hallmark Showcase

I LOVE this Hallmark location. I don’t visit often, but I’ll drive out of my way to go to this one because:
— Though in a busy shopping center (by Ross, Michael’s, and Cost Plus World Market) it’s not IN a mall, which means easy parking and a private lot.
— It’s HUGE (versus the cramped store in the mall). I was able to find all of the ornaments I wanted to purchase as gifts, as well as several other surprises I wasn’t expecting to find.
— The staff in store was pleasant, helpful, and fun. The guy who answered the phone when I called to see if they had a specific ornament was off-​putting (hopefully a seasonal employee). Though he went to look for the ornament I wanted, he was curt on the phone and hung up on me after he told me they had it. (–1 star)
Despite the phone experience, this remains my go-​to Hallmark.
