I love Papa Johns pizza but the staff here seems to have changed over. Not sure if the new staff was trained properly because we just ordered a pizza. Total bill was almost $ 20. As we went to pick it up, my girlfriend decided to add a small soda. We watched the guy at the counter start adding it in then said my bill was just over $ 25. WTF? $ 5 for a soda that was listed at a $ 1.89 on the menu? I will still buy pizza here but not sure how the person at the counter could justify charging so much for a soda.

It took 15 min to order my pizza on the phone. The guy asked me my order 3 times and then my address twice. When they delivered the pizza and wings it was wrong… Yesterday was a bad day to order pizza I guess. Come on Manning!

You can’t get super excited about pizza from Papa John’s, except for when Mr. Manning is in the commercials. For quality, it’s just okay– the crust is a little too chewy and the sauce isn’t my favorite. On the other hand, it’s reasonably priced, and significantly better than its competitors like Little Caesar’s and Domino’s. I tend to like their pizza better when I stick to the simpler options and avoid the specialties. I’ll admit that I’m a big fan of the parmesan garlic breadsticks. Delivery from this location has always come within the expected window, and I’ve never had any issues with accuracy(we typically use the iPhone app to order) There’s specials when the Broncos win, which is definitely a perk. Better pizza can almost certainly be had if you leave the house, but for days when you really just want to wear sweatpants, there’s nothing terribly wrong with pizza from Peyton and Papa John.

I have never been to this location in person, just delivery from ordering on the website. As far as the quality of the food goes, it’s okay. Better than Pizza Hut and Little Caesar’s, the same as Dominoes, but not as good as Papa Murphey’s. If you want fast, easy, already hot pizza delivered, Papa John’s is always a safe bet. The website offers a lot of customization and you can easily redeem coupon codes. Over the course of several years ordering from here, I don’t think they’ve ever actually gotten an order wrong. Sometimes the delivery takes longer than it’s supposed to(last time they told us 50 minutes and the driver showed up 8 minutes late), but not too bad. We still tip them anyway. For consistent, A-okay pizza, this is a reliable location.

They are alright as far as fast food pizza is concerned, but I have had mistakes made numerous times with this location. Mostly with delievery. They need to up their customer service a bit to get more stars out of me.
