Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received. The actual store manager told me that he had other customers waiting ahead of me and would not be able to help me since I was not on his priority list. Went in to get help transferring contacts from an online order. He was rude, defensive and clearly did not care about his customer service skills. I advise all customers or potential customers to go to a different store.

Although the store seemed like any other wireless store upon our first visit, the follow on phone calls and store visits were not enjoyable by any stretch of the imagination. Every time I would ask a question, the store manager responded as if I were attacking him. Keep telling me he was the manager and he knew how this worked. I agreed and stated I was only also trying to understand the porting process. But everytime I made an inquiry, he was extremely defensive. I never got my questions answered… So I have decided to go to another store location. Perhaps they can complete my porting process? We’ll see.
