My experience with this store manager was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you have any phone service needs I strongly urge you to seek other places? Also, sorry for rant but it was well earned. Here’s my story: Sprint’s customer service technicians told me that I would need to contact a store to access a SIM card. So I called this store and the person on the phone informed me that they had the SIM card I needed. So I drove 15+ minutes to the store, opposite direction of where I needed to go(home after work), where I proceeded to wait in line for an additional 5 minutes. It should be noted that the employee behind the counter was nice enough to acknowledge me and ask me to wait momentarily, but the trouble began immediately as the manager named Brian walked in from outside. He asked me what I needed and I told him I just needed a SIM card. He told me that they didn’t have them there and that I had to go to a corporate store. I then replied(calmly) that I did speak with someone earlier who said they had it upon which Brian interrupted me, raised his voice, contentiously threw his arms into the air, and shouted in front of the other customers«we don’t have that here! If you want to wait to ask the other employee you can! But I’m telling you right now we don’t have it!» WOW! Really? After that he proceeded behind the counter and started talking with the other customers who were already being helped? He didn’t offer to provide me with a number or and address to the corporate store so I just walked out of the store. I was astonished and blow away by the aggressive nature of these so-called managers actions and would suggest finding a different retailer and/or Sprint store. Will never go back!

I went in to the store trying to get the new iPhone 6s. There were so many discrepancies with my account, it was ridiculous. But thankfully I had Kameron helping me. The guy was great. He was on the phone battling it out for me to the end. Needless to say I walked out with the new iPhone. Kameron was nothing but helpful and extremely nice. I would recommend this store to everyone. If you go on ask for kameron. The guy is great. Can’t say thank you enough.

Called in at 845am dude answers with hello. So I said is this sprint he replies were not open yet. What an idiot terrible service bye bye sprint you suck anyways.
