My wife and I rented two road bikes from Paul for a week-long trip in the Rockies. Paul was great to deal with via email to secure the rentals. The bikes were in great shape and ready for us when we arrived. Paul was flexible and totally customer oriented. We loved the shop and we are big fans of Paul!

An excellent shop. This guy knows what he’s doing. No razzle dazzle, no «blow out» sales, just high quality advice and expert service.

Was visiting Denver from Seattle, and wanted to do some riding while I was here. Looked up bike rentals in Denver, and found Paul’s website — glad I did. Paul set me up with a nice Masi road bike(I brought my own pedals and saddle — Paul installed them), and gave me some great advice about riding in the area. Even loaned me a bike map of the area. Highly recommend these guys.

Paul has now fixed two of our bikes-One of which I pulled off the street in a trash pile! He fixed it up and it was as good as new. The other bike, fell off our car on C-470 and he fixed it-good as new! He is so helpful and knowledgeable!

Paul really knows his stuff. If you frustrated with a chronic problem with your bike, this is the guy that can fix it. I have a fairly exotic road bike that three other mechanics tried to fix, unsuccessfully. Paul fixed it, first try. If you are looking for a first rate mechanic and great customer service experience, Paul is your guy.

I bought my bike here. He takes the time to fit you properly. I had a quality experience and would recommend highly. Its definitely a specialized shop. He generally has top of the line road bikes. I think he had to close up shop.

Stopped in for some chain oil and walked out with a stylish pink helmet. Love the location. So convenient to the Platte River bike path which is more awesome than ever! Paul’s is one of those friendly shops that’s such a soft sell, you’ll be compelled to ride off with a new bike. Speaking of… I am so in love with the 2011 red and white Masi, but I’d need yet another helmet so I coordinate. He also RENTS what looked like slick well maintained bikes! More help on the location. If you’re on the path it’s easy to find. I just discovered it. Better directions just west of the Target off 3600 South Santa Fe, next to the Subway. But it’s more fun to just bike there.

I went into Paul’s to see if they had any antique cruiser bikes. The owner asked what uses I needed the bike for, and rather than trying to sell me something I wouldn’t need, the owner gave me some great information about what type of bike I would probably find more suitable. I really appreciated his time — he was motivated to help me, not just sell me something.

I came in to Paul’s Cyclery as I was in the neighborhood looking for a small part for my brakes. The owner was very unhelpful and told me I would need to bring the bike in if I wanted to buy any parts for my brakes«since there are so many different kinds». I am a former bike mechanic and know what I am looking for. I couldn’t recommend this shop if you are looking for customer service.

My wife and I usually ride 40mi every weekend, mostly hills. While on a visit to Denver, we wanted to get some riding in. Paul set us up with a couple of bikes and a map to tour around the city. He made sure the bikes fit us and we had necessary tools should we need to adjust mid-ride. it was nice to do some riding with good road bikes. We brought our own shoes with SPDs, but he had various pedals as well. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
