Yummy phở! The only thing I do not like about this restaurant is the fact that it only has two phở sizes: regular and large. Other than that, everything is great. Also try the Thai tea boba SLUSH!!!

No idea why this place is as popular as it is. Came around 2 in the afternoon and still decently busy. Food was ok – limited menu and standard fare, more or less recognizable Vietnamese flavors. What made me bump the rating down was the service. Took 20 minutes to get the Boba and limeade we ordered with the meal(we had finished eating by the time the drinks came) and the pearls in the Boba were still basically frozen and not chewy. When the check came it was not itemized and lunch for two people came out to $ 36, which is pretty pricey for the quality of the food here. The ingredients are reasonably good but not stellar and the sauces are pretty bland(no, I take that back, they just add a bunch of sugar to their fish sauce to make it palatable). The décor is tacky and the flatware is cheap. Given unpleasant wait staff and average food, spend your money elsewhere.

Best Phở I’ve had yet! And I thought we had a good place before… I’ve only tried the veggie phở so far and it was delicious. The broth is very flavorful on its own(but I still added all the stuff of course). Can’t wait to go back and order the steak.

Good food just don’t order to go. If you get a large bowl in house it would fill two to go containers with out meat in them. but on take out you get one container. I have been eating at this place since it opened and many times have ordered to go and received to containers of soup. So this last week I asked just to make sure I would get two containers of soup. Well the owner got in my face about getting two containers of soup and as a result of his attitude and refusal to listen or to just let me have two containers of soup he has lost me and my family forever. I will not go back never been treated so badly in public.

The phở broth was delicious! The shrimp was super tiny and nothing I would have expected after having shrimp phở in other places. The crab wotons have scallions in them, so I didn’t eat them, and I forgot to get my phở without onions so they quickly brought me another bowl. The service was sub-par, he never came back to check on us once the food was dropped amd I had to find him for our check and take out containers. My boyfriend enjoyed the well done steak. All in all, I can’t say if we will or will not be back but I won’t get the same thing again.

Love the boba drinks of course and I had a noodle bowl the last time. I don’t like that dish quite as much as the soup bowls. Great cheap fresh food and my go to spot nearby.

Very solid in my opinion. I always get the number 9 with spicy broth. Service is always very friendly. Portions are pretty big I can get the regular size and be full. Some people seem to get annoyed by waiting for their server to bring the check, I just go to the counter when I am done and tell him what I ordered and they pull my ticket up. Thai Iced Tea was very good(not too sugary).

Luke warm food, over cooked noodles, undercooked crab ran goo, terrible service. Just overall a bad experience. It seems like food is the last thing this place cares about.

Seems a tad underrated, I enjoyed it. Nothing legendary but straight forward phở and a full menu of bobs drinks. Soup was hearty and tasteful and service was pretty quick. Place was a little drafty when sitting by the window, but other than that no complaints

I have to say I was pretty impressed. I got carry out Phở with grilled chicken They gave me a ton of chicken, great mix of herbs, full rich broth, little cup with plum sauce and sriracha. The place is clean and inviting, well run and like most all Phở joints the price is right. The list of Phở places I like continues to grow.

The phở was standard and service was great. It’s located in the middle of a big shopping center area so it’s a little confusing to find at first. The spring rolls were standard and the beef phở was standard as well. Thanks!

DONTORDERTAKEOUT. If they mess up your order they are not willing to help or refund your money for missing items. Perhaps I should have checked my bag when I picked it up… My fault I suppose, but he read my order to me before I paid so my assumption that everything made it into the bag was wrong. When I called to say I was missing two items I had ordered, they would not refund my money and I was not driving 20 minutes to go back for it. Total bummer. I was looking forward to phở all week, and the service experience just ruined it for me… Will never ever eat here again.

YUMMMMMMY! It just hits the spot any day. The food is filled with taste and the fresh veggies, herbs really make the meal. Try the rice noodle phở with rare beef and chicken. The staff is so friendly too! They got my To Go order done in less than 10 mins. Good quality Phở and super affordable! I was blown away and totally WOWED by the food, the staff and the price. Thank you PHO making my night!

This is a great little PHO shop in the Target/Costco/River Center Shopping center– YAY! A great option when you are feeling peckish while loading your SUV with home goods, canned food, survival rations, and electronics. We tried the spicy vegetable Phở and a beef noodle bowl. Each was about $ 7. Say what? $ 7. They were served with a smile, and the place had that welcoming mom-n-pop feel. While my meal was not that memorable, I would come back again if I were in the hood and hungry just to get some Phở-4-ME!

Never would have crossed my mind to go here because the name is so stupid and unappealing from the outside. But driving by on a cold rainy day with an empty stomach, convinced me. When we walked in I was surprised to see how nice and inviting the space was. And an actual restaurant that serves more than phở. They have boba too! The phở was better than I expected. Especially since my mother in law was with me and has never tried phở before. The service was on point and friendly. We left feeling happy and full. Although I think I’ve had better phở at smaller more authentic Vietnamese establishments, Phở 4 U wasn’t bad at all and works, being conveniently close. I will definitely be going back :)

I ate here for the first time yesterday and it was wonderful. Fresh veggies and herbs. It was super busy at lunch time but very efficient and fast anyway. Delicious Thai iced tea. Friendly staff. Very happy I tried this place.

I love the phở here. It’s clean on the inside although I don’t really get the décor. The food is 5 star worthy but the service is a two star service. The kids that work here are busy socializing with each other. I definitely come here frequent enough so the service doesn’t stop me but just be warned.

We have driven by this restaurant so many times, that we finally stopped in. I am glad we did. Interior — the interior is comfortable, and welcoming. You will just want to pull up a chair, sit, relax, and enjoy your meal, pleasant conversation, and even watch one of the several televisions. There are quite a few windows, so you won’t feel like you are closed in somewhere. Menu — quite large, several pages anyway, and there should be something for everyone. We had the chow mein last night. I had pork, and my husband had chicken. Both were very good. Both were large, and each dish could easily be split between two people. Prices — good for today’s economy. Parking — a free public parking lot, you can’t beat that! Service — good, nothing fancy, and you won’t wait very long to order either. Will we go back — yes. This is a good place to get a good meal. See you there!

A-OK is the perfect description for Phở 4 U. I am in no way a connoisseur of Phở, but I know that I have had better and I have had worse. The brisket was good and the accouterments were fresh, however the broth was lacking in flavor. While I wouldn’t make this a destination for Phở, if I was say, going home from a trip to Target and needed lunch or dinner, I’d consider stopping here again for take-out.
