I have never written a bad review, but feel compelled to put some perspective into these ridiculous reviews thus far. This restaurant is the perfect example of why we can’t have good ethnic restaurants in the suburbs. No matter how bland and boring the food, as long as the service was friendly and the bathrooms are clean, it will inevitably still get high ratings on Unilocal.Apparently us suburbanites do indeed lack a sense of taste. It is no wonder the rest of the world mocks our culinary appreciation as Wonder Bread barbarians. I suppose it’s the same people who think that the Olive Garden is decent Italian food. In that regard I suppose we deserve what we keep getting. Is the service good? Exceptional. Fast? Very. Are the bathrooms clean? Certainly. Was is good Vietnamese food? Absolutely not. Words cannot describe how bland, insipid, tasteless and plain the dishes were. After experiencing dozens of phở and Vietnamese restaurants throughout the Denver area over the years, this was by far the most disappointing. I think you could get tastier broth out of a can of Campbell’s soup. It was little better than salted water with a fraction of the expected vegetables, in quantity and variety, and an iota of the standard seafood portions. The Coconut Shrimp was undoubtedly bought in a frozen food box straight from the Bulk Food Depot, with more breading than shrimp. Though, admittedly, I couldn’t taste where the bread ended and the shrimp began. The Bun noodle dinners could have been from a microwave. Even the boba tea tasted canned, complete with disagreeable boba balls– now that’s a first. In essence, this is McDonalds’ Vietnamese that your grandmother from Wisconsin told them to tone down, left out to cool off for a few hours, then re-heated in the microwave. Honestly, it just makes me angry. Besides the fact that my money could have gone much further in any other phở place, people actually think they have had good Vietnamese food. This isn’t it folks. I cannot help but think that the waiter is snickering when he asks you how it was. I’m sure he well knows. But again, if we think this is four-star worthy, than why should they bother with the time and expense to make decent food. Us boring, plastic people deserve boring, plastic food. Then we’ll tell everyone how wonderful it is.

First time ever having Phở and glad I chose this place. I ordered the phở with rare beef and well-done brisket and split egg rolls with my friend. Everything was delicious! The waiter told us the chef uses the original recipe and still uses real beef bones for the broth. That was impressive and could definitely taste the authenticity. Will definitely be back!

The service was fast but this was the WORST phở restraunt I have ever been. Our phở bowls were cold. Our meat didn’t cook. Our egg rolls were soggy in the inside. And to top it off when we tried to tell them they ignore us for about 5 minutes and then told us we still had to pay even tho we didn’t eat it. I’m very dissapointed. And will never be back!

I am by no means a Phở expert… but this is probably the best I have ever had! The broth is delicious, you can tell it is made correctly with beef bone and with love! This is definitely my new neighborhood haunt! Thanks for everything, y’all are amazing!

You will enjoy this Phở restaurant ! The people are so nice. The food is clean fresh and wonderful. The place is also spotless. I love coming in for either a noodle bowl or Phở. When it is cold nothing is better than a nice clean yummy phở from here. By clean, I mean not having msg, etc. It taste like a good homemade soup. Thank You! We care what goes in the food we eat while eating out. It makes it possible to eat out. V Hyland

I’ve been here a few times now and it’s not as good as of as Phở 007 down the street. Not saying the food is terrible but they over price the bowls just because the restaurant is in a popular area and people don’t know better. If you want average Phở, stop here. If you want fantastic Phở, I’d go to Phở 007.

Their food is a little on the bland side. Their restaurant is cute and their service is very attentive. I wish the food was more flavorful and matched the service and atmosphere.

Pretty disappointed. The owners were very nice. The server was funny. We both had the fried rice plate and we’re both pretty disappointed. $ 9.50 for a plate with 4 pounds of fried rice and 1 gram of beef. This meal was $ 29 with tip, and the fried rice was as average as my IQ. Not going back. Isn’t some level of nutrition a good idea with every meal? Some protein? Not here.

Always friendly staff with fast service. Decent pricing just with there was more parking in the area.

I like the broth a lot, but where’s the beef?! Literally. We ordered a large Phở bowl with steak to go and were disappointed when we got home to find that we were given only a few measly pieces of meat. For a large bowl it was really pathetic. Same goes for the wontons, it seems like they skimp on all the good stuff.

If I lived in Littleton, I would be more than happy coming here for my phở fix. As it stands, though, I live in Denver and I find the broth more up my alley at phonatic and phở 95. The broth at Phở Real is a little bland but at least it’s not greasy(the most important rule, at least in my book). The noodles are also a little tougher than I like. Conveniently, there’s customer parking in the back. Utterly friendly service, contemporary casual atmosphere, lightening fast food, and reasonably priced. Phở is completely acceptable though not exceptional.

Why the phở haven’t I been here before?! I happened to be in the Littleton area, needing some warm noodle soup, when I realized there are several phở options in Littleton. I walked in, was warmly greeted by the staff, and got the small chicken phở to-go. Holy crap it was amazing. Not only that, but as I waited for my food I realized what a fun environment the restaurant has, full of hip, trendy, young people, LIKEME! ;) The food, experience, staff, building, everything was WINNING. I will return.

We ordered the combo fried rice for take out. When we opened it, it contained virtually no beef, shrimp or chicken. What a joke! Over $ 11 for a container of rice.

Jason and I biked in the sweltering heat to Phở Real Saturday evening for date night. We are new to the neighborhood, and were ecstatic to find this little gem. The service was superb — seeing us crawl in drenched in sweat, the ice water was on the table in a flash. We both ordered cold noodle bowls — I had beef, Jason had shrimp — and they were amazing. Our waiter suggested apps, and favorite dishes for us. Everything we had was perfect. The shrimp were butterflied, seasoned, and grilled, and my steak was so perfectly seasoned and prepared I saved bites for the end. Phở Real is family friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and the portions were large. The food was so good, however that neither of us had leftovers. Jason and I were both singing the praises of Phở Real all weekend, and can’t recommend this spot highly enough. We will certainly be putting it at the top of the regular rotation. Can’t wait to go back!

I finally made it to this place. I tend to be a creature of habit and keep going to the same PHO place over and over. I think I found a new favorite. I like the atmosphere and the service was prompt. We started with the cheese wontons which were delicious. My girlfriend had the traditional PHO bowl while I had the pork fried rice. I left here looking forward to when I get to visit again.

Super cute restaurant in downtown Littleton. We’ve been there twice and it seems to be digressing. The phở servings were pretty dismal. I ordered a medium sized phở chicken bowl. There was maybe a total of 1 oz of chicken in the bowl. The broth tasted like basic chicken stock — not a standard Vietnamese stock.

This is the jam, yo. Standout elements include: * A fantastic sign behind one of the server stations that read, in huge bold print, no cell phones, iPads, etc. in front of customers * Another fantastic sign above the back exit with something to the effect of «Go forth and follow your dreams,» which left me thinking, «You know what? I will.» And then she-beaux and I appropriated it as our toast * Gluten free soy sauce * Open kitchen(behind a big glass window, but I love they can stand behind what they do) * Biggest stinkin’ TV ever, dominating the room and the view I destroyed the fried rice and she-beaux annihilated phở. It got the approval, and she-beaux knows phở.

My boyfriend and I came here last Friday night after an awesome workout sesh at the 24 hour nearby. We wanted something healthy and delicious, & phở sounded awesome! Upon entering, we were impressed with the décor of the place. Modern American, still with a Vietnamese feel. We were seated right away although this place was nearly packed. We ordered coconut shrimp to start, $ 8. I had the seafood phở, medium size, $ 8. My guy had the brisket & stead phở, medium size, with extra meat, $ 10. Our phở came out right away, literally within a couple minutes of ordering. and was served with sprouts, lime, and a couple jalapeño slices. We never got the coconut shrimp, and our server never came back to check on us so we weren’t able to ask about it. The servings were very big! Next time I will probably get a small size, about $ 7. I couldn’t even come close to finishing! I made the mistake of taking a bite of the raw jalapeño, ouch! It was extremely hot. I drank all of my water, and my dates. Our server didn’t come around to refill our waters. Someone else eventually did and the fire in my mouth was finally put out. At 8pm I noticed they turned off their open sign. I think they should stay open until 9 on a Friday night because people kept coming in right up until closing. The food here was great, so was the atmosphere, and the value was there. We were bummed we never got our coconut shrimp, but then again, we had more than enough food and we were never charged for what didn’t come. The service really needs some improving here. You don’t just drop off your tables order and never return. We’re definitely coming back soon!
