Took my tire in to be dismounted because the fools at big o tire dropped a wheel on it and chipped a freshly powder coated wheel. They dismounted it quickly and didn’t charge me. I’ll be back to mount and balance the wheel.

These guys are always on my list to call when we need tires for any of our vehicles. Sometimes they give me the best price, sometimes they don’t but definitely worth a call for an «out the door» price.
Good prices on good tires, very competitive.
Solid job getting us in and out with minimal wait, even in the cold.
Friendly and willing to work for our business.

Well not sure if they know ANYTHING about customer service, but purchased snow tires from these guys. Manager at the time said they would change the snow tires free of charge because I purchased them there. Apparently all lies!!! The manager that made those promises doesn’t work there any longer so apparently there goes the switching my tires for free.
Fine fine the guy doesn’t work there anymore, but I didn’t hire and employ him nor make him make promises that swayed my original purchase decision. The least these guys could do is honor the word the guy THEY hired made because when they don’t it ultimately reflects on them not the manager that no longer works there. It’s not like tires are something one purchases on a routinely basis every month or so and their employee turnover rate is probably not low either. On top of that they were rude about the whole thing.
There are plenty of places in Denver to purchase tires and service your tires, this should be the last place you choose to go. Not worth the hassle.
This business warrants no stars… but thanks to Unilocal I have to give them at least one.
